"Amnesia? w-what do you mean" I asked confused
He sighs "amnesia is loss of memory. The memory can be either wholly or partially lost due to the extent of damage that was caused"
"Is hers going to last long? will she even remember me or her other friends?"
"No it wont last long hopefully she will remember everything in a couple of weeks maybe months"
"So, what youre saying is she doesn't remember me.." I try to push back the tears I wasn't going to cry in front of him
"Yes, but she will most likely remember your name in a week or a few days. if you don't mind me asking what happened?"
"I- well we got in a fight I don't even remember what we were arguing about in the first place, she left- I guess you could figure out the rest I can't say anymore" I sit on the chair that was beside me
"It'll be fine, just give her time. or you can tell her stories about when you guys first met or when you started dating I-"
"we're...not dating just best friends since kindergarten and then I mess everything up , oh my god what am I going to tell her mom?"

"Sorry miss jones, I was arguing with your daughter she got in a car crash and now she has amnesia which means, if you didn't know loss of memory. thats the worst thing you could possibly tell someone"
