don't read if you have trouble dealing with things like depression and suicide.

i wish i could type faster. i have too many feelings but not enough patience.

a lot of people don't understand the impact that depression has on the depressed. they don't understand that its not all in their head, even though it is a mental illness. they shouldn't say: 'its all in your head, get over it,' people should say: 'it may be eating you from the inside out, but you shouldn't have to deal with it alone, it may be a mental thing in your life but it affects everything around you, it may be something you have to deal with, but if i tell you to just get over it,
then you never will."

people should understand that when someone is saying they are depressed, they are not 'attention seeking', they are asking for help. when you tell them that they are attention seeking, you are making it worse and worse and worse. if they don't get the help they need, they won't have depression, depression will have them.
people who are depressed shouldn't have to keep repeatedly crying for help and then wait for someone to grow ears. they should get help as soon as they whisper.

if someone commits suicide, it is not their fault. people shouldn't ask why the person who committed left them. people should ask why they left the committed to die. people who commit suicide don't just decide one morning, they slowly crumble from the inside out until they shatter like glass. then their shards cut everyone around them.

just my opinion,

Minty Monty ;)
