The next day Hannah leaves for work at a Quarter till 8. Gerald is still sleeping.
*10 hours later*
Hannah is just arriving home from work and sees that the lock is broken on her door. She walks into the house and realizes that she got broken into while she was gone. The television was gone, her computer was gone, jewelry was stolen, but scariest of all... SHE COULDN'T FIND GERALD!!!!!!
She was sooooo sad because everything else could be replaced but nothing could replace Gerald. She put up signs with a reward of 500 dollars.
*at the robbers house*
*Gerald is barking very loudly*
"SHUT UP YOU CRAZY DOG" yelled Shannon (the robber)
Shannon then hit Gerald. She decided to take him to the pawn shop to get money for the jewelry she stole from Hannah. She is approached by a girl at the age of 23 named Caroline. She lives next door to Hannah and saw one of the posters that Hannah put up. Hannah asked Shannon where she got that dog. Shannon stuttered and said " I...I...I got it at that pet store just down the road"
Hannah asked how long ago she got it and Shannon said "I just got her last night"
Hannah then said "but I was just there yesterday around 5 p.m. to pick up a new Gold Fish for my tank"
