"Hurry up lazy bones, I heard there was a human that fell into a ditch!" Max hollered.

"Max are you sure? Cuz ya said that ya heard there was a Human" Lydia began, "not actual proof"

Max made a straight face and glared while running. "Well don't you want to see if it's true before the others find out?!"

"Fair..." Lydia smirked; she continued to follow Max.

Lydia and Max were basically sprinting through the snow to see if the rumor is true. Despite what Sanses dad —W.D Gaster— said to them about running in the snow, they don't plan on listening to his warnings anytime soon. They zoom through the snow, jumping off small hills and making sure they don't hurt themselves while doing it. The both of them came to a halt right in front of the ditch Frisk fell in. Frisk got startled as the two of them starred at the child in amazement.

Lydia has black hair and ice blue eyes. She wore a blue hoodie similar to Sanses with a white shirt. Her dark blue jeans fit with the hoodie and shirt well, as did the sneakers. This girl seemed fully human, but the only thing is her left eye looking like an eye socket and a blue pupil in it. But she didn't look too intimidating.

Max has orange hair with black wolf ears and tail. He had brown eyes and wore a dark green shirt with a light green plus sign and what seemed to be a leather jacket, yet not zipped. His light brown work boots blended well with his dark blue pants. This boy was a werewolf, timber wolf if you want to be exact. He seemed a little more intimidating than his friend Lydia.

"Woah...." Max gasped.

"That's a full human right? I mean we're not so, you never know" Lydia explained; she seemed to be kind of have her suspicions of Frisk for some odd reason.

"I'm positive!" Max began, "now all we have to do is bring them to the house an-"

Lydia cut him off. "Are you crazy?! What if the thing kills Joss?! What about the others?! I say nu..."

The boy made a straight face. "Boi let me finish... any before you rudely interrupted me, I was gonna say take them to the house so Mr. G can have a look at them"

"Oh, heh sorry..." Lydia sighs; she kneels down with Max and they both hold their hands out for Frisk to grab, they didn't look any older than the child they were helping.

Frisk grabbed their hands and got pulled out of the ditch. Lydia was smiling and greeting, while Max seemed to move forward and tell Lydia that it's just a human. It kinda doesn't make sense to Frisk in a way, they're both half human so why don't they greet humans very well. They keep walking and Eyes start to attract attention to the human, but Lydia and Max gave them and cold stare and went away. Frisk couldn't help but wonder how Monster adults were scared of kids their age, it just didn't make sense.

Lydia and Max pushed Frisk into a house, it didn't really seem like anyone was home though. What time was it even down here. One things for sure it seemed like everyone was probably at home sleeping, or just waking up. Max then yelled out this 'Mr. Gs' name. The three of them heard a thud or two upstairs.

A younger girl —she seemed 2 to 3 years younger— burst out one door and slid on the railing and landed on her feet. She had ginger hair much like max with freckles and brown eyes. She wore a green hoodie with two dark green stripes on with her arms of the hoodie and wore grey shorts. Unlike everyone else she doesn't wear shoes she seems to have bandages on her feet. She was much like Max except with red wolf ears and tail; really short too.

"I knew it!" She yelled; the Star eyes explained she was really excited.

*Frisk asked quiveringly how Joss knew they fell down*

"Sense" Was the only word she said when and tall skeleton came out of a basement; the door was open and was letting out black clouds of smoke and he was coughing.

"Ñęvęr ågåįñ" He muttered while coughing.

Frisk hid behind Lydia, she wasn't to keen on having Frisk hide behind her but all she did was roll her eyes and look at Gaster. Joss ran up to Gaster and hugged him, once she let go it was fairly obvious to him she was excited. He asked Joss told him, and everything Frisk ever being confident was washed away with every glance the doctor took in their detection. Frisk could tell that this was no doctor like the ones on the surface, he was a scientist. But what would a scientist do to a human child like Frisk?

Gaster walks up to Frisk and holds out his hand for a handshake. "Hęłłø thęrę Hūmåñ. Âñd węłçømę tø thę Ûñdęrgrøūñd"

Frisk hesitantly shook the man's hand, the broken English he spoke was no accident. This could be something that's dangerous and maybe lead to adventures. Or something that Frisk will regret forever. It's their choice. Their responsibility. Their d e t e r m i n a t  o n.
