Scars are fading

New start

Dickeys POV.                                       Today is my first day at a new school. I'm not gonna bother with the new school resolution things because it's not me but then again I have no idea who I actually am. Your probably think at this moment but you do because your Dickey Elizabeth Innes, but trust me there's more to this name that you can tell.

"Dickey now I want you to behave at this school and don't mention anything about well you know, and also ..."

"Dad I know, no kicking of at the teachers and definitely no sleeping with any other boys cause they only want my body and not the real me"

"Good girl. Now where is the headteacher he said he had someone to help you around the school"

"But dad why? I don't need anyone to show ..." just as I was about the finish that my dad pinched my arm and but is finger to his lips to tell me to be quiet.

"Ah you must be Mr Innes?"

"That is me madam, and this here is my sweet little angel Dickey"

As he said that I noticed that there was a girl stood behind the head teacher and she smiled as if she was going to laugh. My cheeks started burning up. It really was that embarrassing.

"Dickey are you listening to the headteacher"

"Erm what? Yeah yeah I am listening."

"As I was saying it's very nice to meet you Mr Innes."

" likewise Mrs ?"

"Mrs Hardy"

"Yeah I'll see you later Dickey and behave "

"Ok miss Innes this is Mackenzie jones she will be showing you round as you are in most lessons together"

As the headteacher walked away I could sense the tension between me and this Mackenzie girl it was intimidating I will admit.

" hi I'm Mackenzie, I'm not popular at this school but I have friends."

"Hey I'm Dickey Elizabeth Innes and I have no friends here"

"You do, I'm your friend and I can tell we are going to be really good friends"

"Aww thank you"
From across the distance I saw this boy staring at me I couldn't understand why and then in the further distance I guess this, what do they call it now?  Ah I remember the classic schools mean girl we're her minions.

"Dickey do you always do this? "

"Erm sorry what did you say?"

"I said it's time for class, we have science "

"Oh right yeah let's go"
My first lesson of the day science it was alright but that girl kept staring at me with the death stare to kill all I really want is for this day to be over. But then again do I really want to go home.
It was now lunch time and I met up with Mackenzie and her friends but I could still see that girl staring at me and I guess it's true what they say every mean girl has her minions.

" Dickey you alright? You've been in a daydream since like first lesson what's bothering you so much"

"Sorry it's just every lesson today I've noticed that girl always staring at me "

" oh you mean Linda, yeah she's the school's..."

" yeah I get it, but why is she staring at me?"

"Because you have caught the guys in this school's attention "

"Oh I don't know why tho but ok "
A few moments later I noticed that she had started to walk towards me and I knew she was going to start something.
