Chapter 1

Ryo's prob

I was sat in class 2-9 with my friends while we waited for our teacher to arrive. "Furukawa-san? Are you able to come to my birthday next week?" Ayumi Shinozaki asked from her desk behind mine. "Is there going to be food?" I teased. She giggled and nodded "well then count me in" I grinned and then turned to see Naomi Nakashima and Satoshi Mochida chatting and laughing together. The whole group was getting impatient with them, waiting for them to get together.

"Sorry I'm late class, I was showing our new student around" Miss Shishido, Miss Yui for short, said. "New student?" Naomi asked. "Yes, come in love. No need to be shy" Miss Yui looked out into the corridor.

A girl with long black hair and ocean blue eyes stepped into the room (picture at the top). She stood at the front of the class, looking small and frail, while fiddling with her skirt nervously. "Would you like to introduce yourself?" Miss Yui asked kindly. The girl shook her head "we'll introduce ourselves first. Then maybe your won't be so nervous" Ayumi stood up and gave the girl a kind smile. The girl only nodded.

"Ok, I'm Ayumi Shinozaki and I'm the class representative. You can come to me for help if you ever need it" Ayumi smiled and sat down. After her, everyone else introduced themselves; Naomi Nakashima, Satoshi Mochida, Yoshiki kishinuma, Mayu Suzumoto, Sakutaro Morishige and Seiko Shinohara.

My friends then turned to me "I didn't need to introduce myself" I said. They all frowned but shrugged it off. After everyone had said they're names the girl looked a bit more comfortable. "My names Yuki Furukawa, Yuki means happiness and good fortune" Yuki said. Everyone gasped and turned back to me "oh my god! Is she your sister Furukawa-san?" Mayu asked. "Yeah, we're twins" I explained. "I see it! I see it!" Seiko bounced up and down. (So Ryo looks like Yuki but with short black hair and isn't a girl).

"Its nice to finally meet my brothers friends" Yuki bowed. "Its nice to meet you too" all the girls said and rushed over to talk to her. "Wow, you told us you had a sister but said that she was homeschooled. What is she doing here?" Yoshiki asked. "It wasn't her decision, before we moved here two years ago Yuki would get bullied at school so when we moved here mum put her into homeschooling. But Yuki wanted to go to school so mum finally let her" I explained to Satoshi, Yoshiki and Sakutaro.

After the girls had gotten to know Yuki, Miss Yui sat her in the empty desk next to me. "Hi Aneki (sister)" I smirked. Yuki laughed "hi Onee (brother)" she said. "Ok so this week we are going to be working on a project that I am going to assign you" the teacher said and started writing something on the board. "A presentation on one of these topics: A famous person, a book or a country" Mayu read out loud. "Yes, I have already chosen your partners so when I have told you who you're working with go and sit with them" Miss Yui nodded.

The partners were; Mayu and Seiko, Satoshi and Naomi, Yuki and Yoshiki, Sakutaro and Ayumi and me.

"Because Morishige, Shinozaki and Furukawa are a three you'll have two more slides to write than the others. Now that you know your partners, you may start. You can use your phones for research" Miss Yui explained.
