Third person POV

It was nightfall. The time where people are asleep. Where they go to dream the unimaginable possibilities. Everyone was in a deep slumber except for four small children.

"Pleeeaaaaase" said two soft voices that were in sync as if they were the same person. "No" said another voice. It was gentle and calming but stern enough for you to listen. "Oh come on Mira " said a soft voice. The one known as 'Mira' sighed in defeat and replied in a soft and gentle tone "ok fine.....but only for a little bit". "Yay yay yay" said a young girl with excitement laced in her words. "Shhhhhhhh......be quit Lucy" said Mira in a whispering tone as she placed her pale finger onto the lips of the little girl known as Lucy. "Sorry" said Lucy apologetically towards her sister Mira. "No need to say sorry Lucy it was an accident" said the same soft voice that talked just a minute ago. "Thanks Lissana" Lucy said back. "Ok lets get going before it gets too late" said another voice. Except this voice was male and had a bit of fear laced into it. "Elfmen's right" said Mira agreeing with her brother.

These four children were known as the Strauss siblings. Elfmen was the eldest and the only male in the group. He had white hair that was spiked up,darkly tanned skin, and dark brown eyes. His brown eyes were so dark they looked black. As scary or intimidating as he sounds he was very fragile. He was sensitive and easily scared or saddened. He loved his three younger sisters and would do anything to protect them.

The second eldest was Mira. She had white hair just like her brother and pale porcelain skin. Her white locks reached her mid thigh so she put it in a ponytail. She has deep blue ocean like eyes that were intimidating yet gentle. She was scary too everyone and was often mean and stern. But she had a soft side that only her brother and sisters saw. She kept a tough act in order to be as close to a parent figure as she can get. After her mother and father past away in a fire she has always been as tough as a rock for her siblings. Its always been like that and has never changed.

The youngest where the all too famous Strauss twins. Lucy and Lissana were practically inseparable. Lissana had white hair exactly like her older brother and sister. It was cut short and it looked like boy hair. She has blue eyes just like Mira except they were gentle and soft. She had pale porcelain skin just like Mira too. She was sensitive as well but wasn't as fragile as Elfmen. Lucy had white hair just like all the rest of her sisters. Her hair shined bright in the sun and was as soft as silk. It was waist length and got a little bit curly towards the end. Unlike her siblings she had crimson red orbs that had specks of gold in them as if someone had mixed the sun into her already bright eyes. Her skin was pale but was lightly tanned adding a bit of color. Her lips were naturally pink and was soft looking. Lucy was always adventuress and curious of the unknown. Her voice was always gentle and kind no matter what. She always smiled brightly so it was rare to see her sad or angry. She was like a rose. Gentle and beautiful. And her siblings were her thorns. Sharp and painful if you got too close.

"Ok come on" Mira said in a whispering tone trying to hurry her siblings out of the house. All four of them sneaked out of there small cottage in there village being as quit as they can. They didn't want to wake anybody up and cause attention to be drawn to them. "Are we there yet" said Lissana slightly whinnying as she realised they've been walking for a while. "Actually we are" Mira said responding with a small smile. They all looked forward and gasped at the sight. It was a big lake surrounded by trees and grass with small flower bushes here and there. The sky was full of twinkling stars with a full moon that shined as bright as the sun. The sky lit up the lake making the bluish greenish color stand out from the water. (Play the media). The small ripplings from the lake and the chirping birds added a relaxing sound. They all smiled warmly at the beautiful sight.

Yet they were still blind to the tragedy yet to come.
