Warning: Bullying

Thank you all who read the first part and has actually bothered to read the next one XD I hope this fanfic one will be a little better than the last one... Also, I'll try to put a warning in every chapter that might include something sensitive for someone!

Thank god that this class is finally over. I quickly packed my things and I was about to walk out of the classroom when someone's arm was in the way for me. There was no need to look up, because I already knew who it was. "Not so fast" Reiner's deep voice said. I bit my lip and hugged my books, tight to my chest. "Where have you been this morning?" a female voice was heard from behind.

I turned around to see Annie with her arms crossed on her chest. "I... Didn't know that you were looking for me" I gulped and tried not to catch her eyes, but I failed. Her blue eyes stared deep into mine, making me even more nervous.

This was bad, very bad. Reiner pushed me forward to make me come closer to the blonde girl in front of me. "Do I need to tell you every fucking time?!" She yelled and Reiner kicked my leg, making me fall down on my knees. I bit my lip to hold my voice in. Tears rolled up in my eyes as I sat there on my knees with my book close to my chest. "Well whatever, give me your money" Annie frowned and reached out her hand to me so that I could give her the money.

I gulped again and looked up at her. "I-I have only e-enough for lunch..." My voice was shaking and I looked away. I knew she wouldn't like my answer. Her hand slapped across my already wounded cheek, making me squeak in pain. "What's going on here?" a familiar voice said. I turned to see Jean staring at me. Reiner and Annie looked at me annoyed.

I looked up at Annie and took her hand before standing up. "I just fell and Annie wanted to help me up" I lied. Do you even know how much it hurts to lie to the person you've secretly loved since middle school? A weak smile appeared on my face as Reiner placed his arm around my shoulders. "Yeah we are Marco's friends right?" He looked at Jean with the most fake smile I've ever seen. I mean, if he's going to fake a smile then do it so that others won't notice.

Jean just nodded, but he clearly didn't believe us. "I forgot my pen" He explained and walked to where we sat together. "By the way Marco, are you coming soon? Me and the others are tired of waiting" Jean whined and looked at me, waiting for me to come with him. "But Marco is staying with us, right?" Annie raised her eyebrow and stared me deep in my eyes. "I... I actually promised Jean first" I smiled nervously and got out of Reiner's grip on me.

Me and Jean walked down the hall in an awkward silence, before Jean finally spoke. "They are not your friends right?" he looked at me with his gentle, brown eyes and smiled weakly. I struggled with the answer, but nodded quickly at the end. "Are you a sidekick?" Jean stopped in front of me, trying to catch my eyes. In the end I gave up and looked in his eyes. "Well... I mean...." I mumbled. "No"
