After the scouts captured the titan trio they were put in a cell for a week until the court date which was today and at the moment eren was the only one up so he decided to try and think of some moves that he could use in titan form, so after a good hour or two eren heard the door to the dungeon open and close he turned to levi standing there alone
Levi: cadet yeager or eren which do you prefer
Eren: eren sir
Levi: dont worry eren you can drop the formalatitys because were related
Eren: wait what how
Levi: you adopted sister is my cousin and i swore that if we ever met that i would be the best cousin i could be as i have heard how she is the only anckerman left or was
Eren: holy shit i never would of thought that you would be this close to me
Levi: yeah me neither but a word of warning for the court to trust us, i have to beat you in front of everyone, im sorry eren but its the only way
Eren: well if its for my and there lives then do what needed to be done but i would tell cedet arlet so he can stop mikasa from charging you
Levi: ok well i do need to get know my little cousin but i must go eren as im not meant to be here
Eren: i understand levi but um just a quick question
Levi: yeah sure
Eren: are tgey getting beat as well
Levi: yes
Eren: well i dont know if would work but after you beat me turn to the judge and tell them that i have accepted there beatings aswell, which should give a little more evidence to us being human
Levi: fucking hell eren i must say from what ive heard about you i respect what you doing for them and with the extra to beatings it should swing in our favour

Levi: yes as there is three of you shifter i ask for you to have your squad join mine so we can more of a killing force if you will

A couple of hours later
Judge : we are here today to decide the fate of cadet yeager and the leonhardt sisters so please let us begin with the miltary police
Neil: thank you from the infomation with have gained about these three we believe that they should be killed and studied
Levi: neil there shifters can you personal kill cadet yeager for example
Neil: yes
Eren: if i may sir why dont you then

After a good couple of minutes of eren being beaten and amy crying levi turn backbto the judge
Judge: so levi you can control him what about the other two
Eren: if i may again sir
Judge: proceed
Eren: i heard by demand that the beatings of leonhardt sister be pass on to me
Amy/annie: WHAT
Judge: and why that cadet yeager
Eren: well for two reasons sir one being our only way to transform is to infliction harm to ourselfs and as ive already been beaten once to should that we mean no harm to any one i will happly take more beatings to prove were not against you and secondly, i cant lose them ive lost one family and im certainly not gonna lose another
Judge: oh erm ok cadet if you can take both beatings from levi again i will let you three go
Eren: and if i dont succeed
Judge : we will kill you and torture those two
Amy: eren please dont do it not for us will csn take them beatings, eren i cant lose you
Eren: you wont and sir please procced with my beatings
Judge: very well levi
After another 40 minutes of eren being beaten he looked like shit and he hadnt moved for a while
Judge: i will give him five minutes to stand up and solute if he hasnt done that by five minutes we kill em
After those words left his mouth eren start to steam alot that the whole was full of steam when the steam start to fade away everyone looked in shock to see eren standing there in a perfect solute and beaten free to was fine like nothing had happened
Judge: what impossible
Eren: yes sir it is but i said i would take those beating and rise again
Judge: but how
Eren: sir i live but two rules, one to survive i must take or do what must be do to keep me and humanity alive and secondly one will stand and one shall fall so i have not fallen so im standing here to prove that we three are no theat to you but i will warn everyone here that i sense there are bad thing hoing to happen in the future
Levi: what do mean yeager
Eren: what i mean levi that one point in our live the titan side of a titan will have control becsuse it brings back memory for you to dweel on like it happened to me in trost so its either one of the leonhardt sisters so, i ask that when that day comes i want everyone to go to the basements of there house to be safe while we and scout get control of the situition
Judge: ahh you want a minamual death am i right cadet
Eren: yes sir and i also fear two things one this event will take place in the most inner wall
Judge: what the rich destrict
Eren: i am afriad so and secondly the amoured titan will attack the scouts next experdition to try and take us three so i recommend putting us with the best squad in the scouts which ia that of corporal levi's
Judge : i see so levi
Levi: yes if what eren is saying is true then we need to be at our best and my squad is always at the best so with the titan trio in the squad we should be unstoppable
Judge: and erwin do you agree to these condintions
Erwin: yes sir as i also agree to with levi if what being said is true we need to be ready but i will say that were running low on cadets
Eren: well sir i think theres a couple of cadets that will joint
Erwin: oh really
Eren: yes sir if i may this is what left of the 104th cadet core and there more than ready
Levi: ahh i see my cousin is joining
Everyone: huh cousin??
Levi: ahh yes i forgot to mention that my 2nd cousin is non other than mikasa ackerman
Everyone except eren: WHAT??
Amy/mikasa: wait eren you knew
Eren: what oh yeah he told me before this because as the only male family memeber you had left mikasa i needed to be told aprantly and its pretty easy to tell your related
Levi: what how
Eren walk and stood behind amy who gave him a warning look
Eren: well dont take this the wrong way but you both have that cold look in your eyes abit like annie
Annie: hey dont bring me into this
Eren: sorry but we need to get ready for the experdition i want to be ready for the fight
Levi: well we could do with some rest first and by the way eren as you know the 104th the best you will all be staying in the same room
Eren: great just great now its gonna smell of horse face
Jean: heard that sucidal bastard
Amy: ok babe thats enough let all head to bed as we are gonna have a long day tomorrow
So everyone went back the the scouts headquaters and went to the rooms
Eren: well today was pretty eventful
As he turn around the was hugged by three girls which where mikasa, annie and amy
Eren: erm guys a little help
Jean: nah your good
Eren: fine no good word for you the
Jean: what
Eren: you wanna date mikasa and i was gonna put a good word in for you but it doesnt matter
With in a couple if seconds mikasa was pulled of eren and was sitting on the edge of jean bed and annie had already let go and went to sleep but he still had amy wrapped around him
Eren: amy whats up
Amy: what up your asking me what up you couldve been killed
Levi: no you couldnt because it was planned
Amy: what
Eren: yeah levi came down to us the smorning and told me that us three needed to be beaten to get everyone to trust us
Levi: yeah but eren asked to take yours and annies beatening
Annie: why though
Amy: yeah why
Eren: becuase i cant lose either of you amy i love you and annie i guess your family as your her sister and are dating armin
Annie/armin: wait how dis you know
Eren smirked at them
Eren: i didnt i just lied but i just that answers that question
Armin: fuck you eren
Eren: yeah love you to man
Levi: hey is it alright if me and hanji stay with yous as it prettu boring in our room
Eren: sure we dont mind actally there is a spare bed because theres a couple of relationship here
Levi: ok cheers ill go and get hanji
Hanji: whats up bab
Levi: JESUS FUCKING CHRSIT WOMAN
Hanji: what
Levi: you about gave me a heart attack and were staying in here
Hanji: ok and sorry shortie
Levi: shit it four eyes and whats the bed agrangements
Eren: well me and amy in bed one
Mikasa and jean bed two
Armin and annie bed three
You teo bed four
Reiner and christa bed five and finally
Bert and ymir in bed bed six
So im off to bed see you's to tomorrow
Everyone got to into bed and said night to everyone
Eren: night and love you amy
Amy: night and love you to eren
Erens last thought was how he was gonna stop the warriors attack and how to plan with out them being in the room
