Chapter 4

After my mother gave me that necklace, I have been experiencing some strange things. I was in P.E. and we were doing some track. I ran super fast and surprised myself! I ran about 55 laps around the whole track. I've never done that before (and never did track before) and my P.E. teacher told me that was the highest score she has ever seen, she also told me to join the Olympics and I don't even know what it is but it feels like something good! Also I've been really sneaky lately about things which was weird. I asked my mom about this and said "You'll figure out yourself" Maybe this was the experience my mom was talking about?

3 years later

Wooo hooo! It's finally my 17th birthday! I still remember the time my mom told me about the necklace, and you might be wondering, why do I still remember about that? It's because I started to wear the necklace everyday (like my mama said) and it always reminds me of what my mom said about it. It also reminds me of that dream I had that night. I already asked my mom about it but talking about my dad is a sensitive topic for her sooo yea... I told Amy every weird thing that has ever happened ever since I got the necklace. I am now in my last year of highschool. I've made many new friends along the way. For example, my second bestest friend in the whole wide universe.... Josh!!! I met Josh on my first year. He was in a few of my classes and he sat next to me in some of them so we just started talking. Soon enough we became best friends. Amy was a little jealous at first but she grew up to like him. Since then, Josh has always been there for me. He protected me, made sure im happy, and made sure I always had a laugh. Is this the person my mom was talking about? "Tell me when you find someone special that comes your way..." I never thought of that. After all, I never told my mom about Josh. I should really tell her. Yeah, I will. But after school of course.
