(Y/n) pov

When I woke up I felt a sharp pain in my chest, I looked around to see ciel next to my he didn't seem to notice that you were awake. His eyes were red from all the crying he did is nose was also red, I reached out my hand towards him when he saw me awake he laid  his lips on mine. He pulled way even though you wanted to continue.

Ciel's pov

I pulled away from (y/n)'s lips and smiled at her but soon i started to feel the corners of my eyes sting again tears ran down my cheeks. (Y/n) put her soft small hand on my face and brushed my tears way "I'm sorry if it wasn't for me you would have never gotten hurt." she pulled my down toward her and gave me a gentle kiss. In a soft voice she said "i'm sorry as well for running away, but we would have never worked out because you are getting married to Elizabeth" I hugged her and whispered " but (y/n) I can't get married to her" she was confused I can tell " Elizabeth was killed in a accident" (y/n)'s eyes full of shock but after awhile I told her to keep resting until I came back.
