Chapter 10 Life and Death

(Emily's P. O. V)
He grabbed my shoulders tightly I looked straight into his eye's to see if any lies with hold them. But I didn't find one lie in his story it actually showed pain and sorrow maybe a little bit of help me. When he finished his story or statement he said one last thing that I knew he needed help after that.

Why would you want to hang are some monsters like me? He said

I placed my hand on his shoulder and he was shocked at first because in that story it told me I found out you really care for your friends. You think your a monster a ruthless killer but you haven't killed me which means you haven't seen your kind side from anyone out side of your group. I can tell you'll give your life for your friends and your really over protective of them which means you knew them since you where kids. I was shocked maybe not all people are bad but when she sees my true form she'll change. But she sees the different side and one more thing she is a second born and I am a first. I am trusting her way too fast but she understands me what if this one is different? I grab her hand and started to drag her to an empty room. I put her in there and I closed the door behind me I am going to see if she is worthy and tell her not just yet only on my trust issue.

Listen I say I don't trust Easily so when I say I trust you don't make me regret it. I say

Honestly I was just going to let them kill me but I guess I'll stick around to see what your job is. I'll let you come to this court and listen as long as you tell no one. I say

I'll go get my friends we leave once everyone is collected who I allow to come. I say walking out the door with a little smile cracked on my face only I knew I smiled this is going to be intresting. I thought

I went around and collected my friends I carried A. A. because he was one of the ones that were summon to court. He was still sleeping because of the pain pills everyone was settle and then Emily hopped in with us.

Who is she? C. S. asked

This is Emily I trust her so she is coming to court with us. I say

But S. A. what if she is like the rest of them? C. S. whisper

The whole jail cart went silent all the way till we arrived Hanji, Levi, and a guy named Erwin came. I didn't allow them to come into the court only Emily and my friends. We enter an I was put in cuffs and put to a pull (just like Eren) but I had a thick chair caller put on my neck. I see they just take A. A. and chain him to a table only because he's still past out.

Okay court is in session. Zackly says

Okay S. A. your life is on the line don't lie to me or else automatic death sentence. He say

Okay. I say

So S. A. is that your initials or something? He asked

Yes. I say

What does it stand for? He asked

I don't know? I say

Well your friends over there is hurt are your other friends second borns? He asked

Yes. I lied and played it off

The court was silent I started to pick at my cuffs now I don't like the sound of that question. Yes. I say

(The jerry gasped.)

You do know you and your friend are supposed to be dead technically so why should I save your life? He asked

My brain was clouded with that question I couldn't think at all I stayed silent. Now begins the inner conflict to save my and A. A.'s life.

Well if you have nothing to say you and your friend will be sentenced to death.

My eye widen as I heard A. A. would die. I screwed it and broke my chain I grabbed my neck one and yanked it off of the pull and even broke the pull.



It came crashing down and dust picked up every gaurd came rushing into the room and pointed at me. I stood there and the dust settle and I was standing there. Dismiss the gaurds and I will tell you why you shouldn't kill me or my friend. I say

Fine gaurds your dismissed I'll call you if anything is needed. He said

They all left and closed the door. I am supposed to have died 17 years ago and I know that you think I wanted to be pulled through this Hell of a world. No I was saved by a man I know as Kenny Ackerman he tought me stuff for a few years and then left me alone. I wasn't saved I was a weapon to him to get revenge on a guy named Levi Ackerman. When I had the chance to kill him in that bar I didn't so my savior through a knife at me meaning to kill me. But I lived before he even took me in do you want to know that "Cure" that jack ass king did. He experimented on us I took off my shirt so the could see every scare on my chest and back. I am willing to protect the ones I saved that night even if it means dieing. I have been through hell already I'm ready to give in but not unless they are safe. Yes I lied to you all of my friends are first borns besides Emily she didn't even know what this meeting is about. If you haven't seen me just now rip out that 500 pound metal pull and break off my cuffs I say were pretty fucking valuable for the Survey Corps. So I am happy that all those children died because it only means their going through hell as we speak. I say I've been shot at stabbed, beaten, electrocuted, and died but came back and I'm tired I want to die. But I'll only come back and I'll be pissed off that is why I was called the Red Eye Ghost. But one thing is for sure I'll walk out and hide and not be caught unless I want to be found. I say

The court was silent I could feel their eye's looking ever burn and cut.

Well this concludes it S. A. and A. A. your sentence to life in the Survey Corps. You S. A. will be monitor though your straight and skills will be useful. You will be taken care of in the survey corps and not one word will be said from this court room you'll receive a great amount of money in a few month. If there is anything you need come to me and just ask. He says

I was so relieved about that I walked but and whisper something to him and he said okay. I'll keep that promise to them and now I can I walked over and put back on my shirt. We exit the court and my friends gave me a hug now A. A. is waking up after everything. We laugh about it and even Emily was laughing we all walked out laughing.
