Nikki's Pov
It's now been two months since I've told John we were having a child together and he couldn't be happier he gets all choked up seeing our babies on the ultra sounds every time we go he asks for pictures and he frames them ! I'm so happy I finally told him because I don't know what life would be like without him caring for me and our babies one things for sure Randy would have been there with me we haven't really talked since I moved back in with John so I decided to txt him even tho I'm with John I still miss him we had some pretty fun times in Italy

N: Hey Randy
R: Hey Nicole
N: What are you up too ?
R: About to go get lunch come with ?
N: Okay pick me up or meet you there ?
R: I'll pick you up in 20 minutes
N: Ok see you then
As I get up to get ready I hear someone come in through the door it's John !
Nikki: John what are you doing here I though you would be at the arena all day ?
John: I'm going back right now just wanted to check on you and give you these
Nikki: Aww red roses
John: For my baby and my babies He said and kissed her belly
Nikki: Aww your so sweet can you put them in water ?
John: Yes I'll be right up
Nikki: Bring them with you I want to put them in my dressing room
John: Anything for my baby
As John Goes down stairs Nikki starts changing but while trying to decide what to wear she takes off her clothes and is just in a bra and underwear trying to find something to wear John walks back up with the flowers
John: If I had now you wanted to have a little fun I would have asked for more than a little while
He said kissing her neck
Nikki: Haha no John I'm trying to find something to wear Randy is picking me up in a bit
John: Oh where you guys going
Nikki: To lunch I guess he doesn't have a match today ?
John: Last I heard he did
Nikki: Huh wonder why he isn't stay
at the arena today
John: I don't know I see him distracted like he doesn't want to wrestle anymore
Nikki: Maybe coming back wasn't what he needed I'll talk to him and if he says he needs a break I'll offer him my house again
John: Okay what are you looking for ?
Nikki: This one red dress I had bought in Italy for when I was 7 months I can't find it !
John: Maybe you left it ?
Nikki: If anything I did we were in a hurry to get back I only packed the clothes I could fit into then and in a month !
John: Just wear something else
Nikki: Yeah he should be here any minute now hey can I stop by the arena today I want to see the girls
John: Of course you can do you want me to take something for you on the bus ?
Nikki: Food haha
John: Haha if that's all I'm going babe I have to be back
Nikki: Okay baby be safe I love you
John: I love you too see you tonight
They kiss and he leaves Nikki decides to wear a black dress with red sandals wedges I'm happy that my feet didn't swell up and I can still wear my heels
After 10 minutes she's dressed and Randy honks to let her know he's here Nikki goes down stairs grabs her keys and walks out the door
Randy: Hey Nikki
Nikki: Hey Randy !
Randy: How are you and the kids
Nikki: We are all amazing now that John is with us
Randy: That's good they need their father
Nikki: Yeah and I swear I can't thank you enough for everything I had fun in Italy and I miss those days
Randy: Well we could go back one day you know when the kids are born and I have a girlfriend haha
Nikki: I'd love that I actually left a lot of things I bought for when I was further along I'm just glad I didn't buy any baby stuff
Randy: Yeah speaking of baby stuff look in the back
Nikki turns around and see 5 bags if baby presents
Nikki: Aww Randy you shouldn't have
Randy: Hey I'm uncle Randy I want my babies niece and nephew to have nice things
Nikki: Thank you so we are we going to lunch I'm starving
Randy: We are going to my favorite Chinese place I'm sure you'll love it
Nikki: Yay I love Chinese ! It's my biggest craving
Randy: Yay !
On they way their they were thinking about baby names and a thought came into Randy's mind
Randy's Pov
She looked so pretty her belly and her little woddle walk how I can never tell her I just can't she has a boyfriend which I'm sure it will turn to future husband and she having a baby not only one but two I can't tell her she can never know. My train of thought was caught off my Nikki
Nikki: So Randy Johns been telling me you seem very distracted lately like if weren't interested in wrestling anymore
Randy: It's not that it's just that when you were on top kind of being close to being like Golden boy and leaving and trying to come back it's hard
Nikki: Hey it's Mr. golden boy to you ! Haha
Randy: Haha fine Mrs. Cena
Nikki: Wow that actually the first time I've heard anyone say that
Randy: Really not even John ?
Nikki: Well when we first started dating yeah like when we lived in Maui together before we came back but I haven't heard him say it
Randy: Oh well we all know your going to end up being Johns wife
Nikki: Yeah well I wish I would have been his wife before this happened haha
She said as she pointed to her belly
Randy: Some things are meant to happen in certain ways
Nikki: What do you mean ?
Randy: Maybe Liz was supposed to come back into his life to show him how much he love you and to show you how much you love him
Nikki: I always knew I loved him
Randy: But did you know you loved him enough to leave I mean he didn't kick you out when Liz told him she was pregnant did he ?
Nikki: No I left because I didn't want him to choose me over what he thought was his baby
Randy: I bet you anything that you never knew you loved him that much that you have so much love for him that you were willing to make yourself miserable so that he could be happy with his baby not with Liz but with his child
Nikki: Yeah I never thought in my life that I would do that
Randy: See something are just written in the stars that way
Nikki: I love talking to you
Randy: I love talking to you too
Nikki: Well just keep working at it you'll be back on top just like me
Randy: I will I promise
Nikki: Okay hey are you going back to the arena after were done eating ?
Randy: Yeah I asked for an hour so to be out of the arena.
Nikki: Can I go back with you I want to see the girls and some other people Triple H and Vince have been dying to see me
Randy: They haven't seen you ?
Nikki: Nope only Stephanie and we took pictures together but Vince and Hunter really want to see me in person haha
Randy: Yeah you can come back with me you done we can head over there right now
Nikki: Yeah I'm done let's go
They leave and drive to the arena in 20 minutes they are there
Randy: Here you go say hi to John for me I need to hit the trainers to stretch !
Nikki: Okay thanks Randy see you later
Randy: Bye
Nikki: Bye
He leaves and she goes and tries to find John
But is not successful instead she finish Nattie Ariane Eva Marie and Trinity
Trinity: Omg !! You look so cute !
Ariane: Cute I think she's going to be a milf !
Nattie: She is one haha Nicole what are you doing here you should be at home taking care if my god babies !
Nikki: I wanted to see you guys I miss being in that ring ! And also I came to see Stephanie and Hunter and Vince
Nattie: Oh come on I'll take you do you need help carrying the bags ?
Nikki: Actually yes I want to set them down somewhere their kinda heavy I wonder what they are !
Eva: Oh you didn't buy them ?
Nikki: No actually Randy gave them to me today before we had lunch
Ariane: Oh here give them to me I'll put them in our locker room

They all leave and Nattie takes Nikki to see the bosses

Nikki: Hi guys
Stephanie: Omg Nicole your glowing

Nikki: Aww thank you I feel so huge !
Vince: Your hardly showing ! So how many month and is it a boy or a girl ?
Vince: 7 and actually both
Hunter: What ?
Nikki: I'm having twins
Stephanie: Oh that's right I haven't told you guys my bad
Vince: Looks like we're going to have a World Heavy Weight Champions
Stephanie: And a Divas Champions !

Nattie: If anything there's another prom queen in there

Nikki: And homecoming Queen and student body president and head cheerleader

Nikki: Well what can I say I was an over achiever
Nattie: What did John do in high school
Nikki: Okay this is the weird thing he was both Prom and Homecoming King Captian of the football team and Student body president at his school
Hunter: Wow you guys were made for each other !
Nikki: Tell me about it haha speaking of him where is he I tried looking for him
Hunter: He should be in creative for his new storyline
Nikki: Ooh can I know
Stephanie: Yes but Natalie you can't know

She steps out of the office
Nikki: So what is it
Vince: Love triangle with Aj and Alicia Fox

Hunter: Please don't be mad
Nikki: I'm not it's mostly hormones
Stephanie: If you don't like it we can cut it
Nikki: No no it's fine I'm okay it's just storyline just know I'll be around more often haha
Vince: And we are fine with that I want to see your growing belly so your 7 months right ?
Nikki: Yes !
Hunter: Okay so we will give John two months leave and do you think you'll be back by December ?
Nikki: Let's see it's January and I'm due in march I can start working out in may I think I can be back before October maybe
Stephanie: Wow that's soon !
Nikki: Like I've been saying I've missed rolling around in that ring and don't get me wrong I've still been bench pressing not a lot but I still do it
Hunter: Well great how much you pressing
Nikki: Just under 190 I'm afraid to go higher but trust me sooner or later I'll be like Beth Phoenix holding them up there haha
Vince: Here's hoping
Nikki: Well if you don't mind these babies are making me tired and I need to sit
Hunter: John is in locks room C down the hall there's a comfy couch in there
Nikki: Okay thanks guys !
As she is walking out she feel a huge pain in her stomach and looses her balance falls and is unconscious ! The last few things she heard were the voices of the people she was last with !
Vince: Stephanie call the ambulance
Hunter go find John I'll stay with Nikki !
They both day okay and in less then 10 minutes Nikki is rushed to the hospital with almost everyone following behind
