Your POV

*the next day*

"Yes it's finally the weekend!" I said, "wait," I said aloud as I remembered something but it wouldn't come to mind,

"Oh! Today's the day I go to hang out with hayes!"

as I thought about that I got so nervous thinking about what it's gonna be like, I didn't know what to wear and my hair was a total mess!

"ugh I need a shower" as I was taking a shower I couldn't get him of my mind I couldn't stop thinking about him, about how sweet he was to me and then it hit me, why after years would he finally talk to me? why?

As I got out of the shower I got my makeup, I didn't want to harsh makeup so I put a light eyeliner and mascara, no foundation I was cleaning my skin a lot so I didn't have many pimples and I was proud. I didn't know what to with my hair.

I ended up straightening my hair. I opened my closet and picked a little orange dress with a brown belt around it it was pretty cute.

By the time I was done it was about 2:00 and I got so nervous and my cheeks were red I looked like a tomato!

I reached Hayes house and my mom dropped me off, his brother nash answered and greeted me and let me inside and then there was hayes, he looked so nice khakis and a green shirt and he had a SnapBack on I almost screamed I like couldn't.

"You look gorgeous" hayes said

"You look nice too" I said I felt my cheeks and they felt like fire, I felt embarrassed

"Would you like to go see a movie?" he said

"I don't have any money, " I said feeling disappointed

"Don't worry we will pay for you!"

I felt bad about that I couldn't make him pay for me

"No you can't!"

"I insist" hayes said

"Are you sure?" I say

"Yes" he says back.

Arriving to the movies and riding in the car was actually really fun he joked around a lot making me smile, It made me feel good to be around him.

After getting our popcorn we went and saw catching fire, as we went into the movies Hayes grabbed my hand and like it shocked me, like it felt like lightning running through me I wasn't sure if that was good or bad.

*movies ended*

" Hey I had so much fun today" hayes said

"me too" I said happily

"hey what you're number maybe I can text you tonight, only if you want me too!"

"Of course" I say as hayes gives me his phone and I type in my number

in his contacts.

as hayes takes back be hugs me,

"Hayes?" I ask

"yeah?" he answers

"what are we now?" I ask nervously

"what would you like us to be?" he asks which gave me chills I didn't know what to answer,

"am I you're girlfriend?" I ask

"only if I'm you're boyfriend"

"yes of course" I say

"well now you know" he says

"hey my moms here and yours is too, so I'll text you later?"

"yeah, bye see ya!" he says

"bye hayes" I say
