Chapter 3~ Rainy Day

Omkara's POV

"Mom, I love you, than you so much!" I heard the voice from the balcony, and saw my mother pouring tea in a cup, my brother hugging her from behind and Dad, although holding a magzine, kept his focus on the mother-son duo.

"Rudra, stop it." Mom said with a smile."and tell me why are you thanking me."

"Because you convinced Om bhaiya to give me leave today.' he said making Both Mom and Dad chuckle.

"Sir, are you there?"

Huh! Seeing my family in such a happy mood, I almost forgot that I was on call.

"Ya....Bhavya....Okay....I'll talk about it later." I said before disconnecting the call while the three pair of eyes turned to me. I walked to them and greeted with a smile, but turned confused when noticed Rudra frowning at me.

"What happened to you?" I asked him.

"Why did you call that weird Bhavya?"

"I can't understand what problem do you have with her?"

"That didn't answered my question...."

"Okay, okay....She, due to some personal reasons wanted leave so I...."

"So? You gave her?" He asked.

"Yes???" I said sipping my tea, "if I can grant leave to you, can't I give it to her also?"

"Will you two stop your conversation and explain something to us what you are talking about? " Dad said, "And yes which Bhavya? Anika's friend?"

"Bhabhi's friend?" Rudra widened his eyes, "that girl is Bhabhi's friend?"

"Yes didn't you know..."  I began to reply when thundering was heard.

"It seems it's gonna rain." Mom said.

Rain, only God knows how much I hate it.....

      " Gauri! Come here! You'll fall sick!"

       "You think I am so weak? Hah!"

       "Gauri!!! You're dancing in this rain from past two                hours....Till when will you continue it?"

        "Till you'll join me..."

         "You're expecting that....You know I dislike                              drenching in rain."

          "Ya, but I also know that you love me so much, that             you can atleast dance with your chiraiyya in this                rain, can't you?"

"I think I should leave for office." I said, thinking that working in the office will help me to not think about her.

Bhavya's POV

"Rain! Rain! Rain! Rain!" I got startled when I saw Gauri Di screaming, and running under a tree for shelter.

I looked upward, to see the pearls descending from sky through misty clouds. And then I saw my sister, sitting on the ground under a shady tree, hugging her knees and trembling in fear.

I went and sat besides her, "Di, what happened?"

"This rain....Ask it to stop."

Who could have thought that one day an ardent rain lover will start getting frightened from rain?

"Gauri Di, it's just rain....Nothing will happen, come."

"Nooo..." She shouted, "it will kill me...."

"How can it kill you? I'm here, come let's go home.,"I said.

"I'll not go."

"Di! So are you going to stay here all day?" I asked her.

"No you go, and bring an umbrella....Then only I'll come."

"What?? " I said, "you're saying that I should leave you alone in this park alone."

"I'll satay here only....You please go and bring umbrella." She said, while could hear her sobbing. I looked around, there was no one in that park. Although I was unwilling to leave her here alone, currently there was no choice.

"Fine...I'll go, but don't even move an inch from here. Okay?"

"Okay." Se he replied while I stood up from the ground.

Omkara's POV

I drove the car through the splashing rain, gritting my teeth in anger.

      "I promise you Mr. Omkara singh oberoi.....That I'll go        away from you....So much away that you will find no         possibility of seeing my face again."

The speed of my car increased, as anger penetrated in my whole body. Why can't I simply forget her?

I don't reached even half the way, but I stopped the car when I noticed something. Not something....But someone.

There I saw, In the park, a girl sitting under a tree, hiding her face behind her folded knees, and don't know why, my heart got a magnetic feeling towards her.....
