"Don't forget Mommy and Daddy loves you, you will always be our little baby girl."
Daddy slid my backpack on my back, even though school wasn't until the morning.
"Where are we going?" I asked, but no reply. They were too distracted by the sudden noises outside the house. The whisper of footsteps became louder on the porch. My mommy picked me up running upstairs just in time for the men in black to bust through the living room door. I've never seen daddy hit anyone before.
"What's happening mommy?" I cried with tears rolling down my face.
"It's okay sweetie, you're going to be okay." My mommy slid me under the bed.
"Do not leave until the men are gone, just close your eyes sweetie, and it will be all over." My mom rushed whispering to me. She kissed my forehead, and left me alone in the darkness. I heard screaming, broken glass, and fighting overcome my ears. Then it suddenly got quiet. Are the men gone? Can I go to mommy and daddy now? I crawled out from the bed, and peeked the door opened. I eased to the staircase when all of the sudden; the noise came back. A gunshot. Then I saw it. Daddy laid on the ground, and mommy let out a scream. She turned to see me peeking through the bars on the staircase.
Another gunshot went off, sending mommy to the floor. "Run!" She whispered to me before her face freezing to a death. I did exactly that. Back up the stairs, into my room, and into my closet. It was very quiet and dark. What just happened? Is mommy and daddy dead? What is going to happen to me? All of these thoughts worsened as footsteps entered my room. Oh no! Who is that? The noise stopped for a brief second. The a wiggle came to my closet door. It opened and a man in black stood there with a gun in his hands. He pointed it to me. The tears ran down my face as I stood there unable to move. Then a loud......BEEP! BEEP! BEEP!
