Help with a Fifty Shades Fanfiction

Hi, I need help locating a story I once read, I don't remember the story title or author.

The gist of the story: Ana and Christian has been separated for many years, leaving Ana to raise Teddy and Phoebe alone. Ana has her own business (I think), Teddy also has his own business or something and Phoebe is an up and coming singer. Ana and the kids had no contact with the Grey's, except for with Kate. Christian and the Grey's goes to a show/concert of Phoebe and their presence are not entirely welcomed, Phoebe also sings a song to/for Christian about being a absent father.
