It has been three days since Callista's heart gave out. Three days since the pack lost the most important thing to them. Sam hasn't stopped crying, Paul has gotten angrier and Jared well he has locked himself in his moms house with the twins. His mom has been looking after them whilst her son has gone catatonic. Rosalie has gone rogue looking for the person who caused harm to Callie, Emmett by her side instantly. The two not wanting to be anywhere near Bella. Carlisle has contacted Billy and told him that he will keep Callie at the house until arrangements are made. Everyday Alice goes to the room and lays flowers in there and brushes Callie's hair and changes her clothes. No one understands why she does it but Alice doesn't want to have her looking a mess when the time comes to lay her to rest.

As the Cullen's are sat in the living room there is a knock on the door, Carlisle going to answer it immediately. When he sees Billy and Jake there he is shocked. Jake looks to his dad nodding his head. Billy looks like he hasn't slept for days and Jake looks even worse.

"Billy, Jacob what can i do for you?"
"We would like to see Calli....."
Billy stops and takes a deep breath as tears fall from his eyes once more. His heart broken for the ray of sunshine that is Callie. Carlisle opens the door wider and watches as Jake picks his dad up in the wheel chair effortlessly and takes him up the stairs. Carlisle shows them to where Callie is and gives them some privacy. Billy rolls to her and lays a necklace on her and takes her hand into his. When he still feels the warmth he looks to Jake confused.

"She isn't cold?"
"Dad what are you talking about?"
"Jake she has been here for three days. Her body temperature is the same as yours."
The door to the room opens and Alice walks in smiling at the two. She walks to Callie and brushes her hair and then makes sure she is presentable.

"Alice what are you doing?"
"I too noticed the temperature. I don't know if it is possible but i don't think she has gone. I just needed to know if anyone else felt the temperature thing too."

Alice asks them to follow her and the two do going into the living room where the Cullen's are sat. The door to the house opens and Rosalie and Emmett walk in looking smug. Jake knows that means one thing.

"You killed him."
"Yep. It may not bring Callie back but at least he paid for it."
When Edward and Bella walk in Rosalie growls, Emmett holding her back from attacking. Edward hears Alice's thoughts and gasps.

"Alice are you sure?"
"Yes. Go and check."

Edward zooms to the room and seconds later comes back in shock. Alice smiling wider.

"Alice, Edward what is wrong?"
"Callie. Her body temperature is still hot even though she should be stone cold right now."
Carlisle looks at Billy and then to his family. He sees Jasper's eyes go black and knows the Major is taking control.

"Major do you know something?"
"Carlisle Jasper has been picking up emotions the last day or so. At first he thought it was the grief but when Billy and Jacob came in he got hit with there grief. I think he is picking up Callie's emotions, it is like a dull ache. It is like she is still present but she is in some sort of death coma. Billy is there any legends......"
Billy suddenly gasps and Major says i take that as a yes.

"Jake i need you to phase and head to Sam, tell him to get the trinket and the talisman. He will know what i mean."
Jake wastes no time and rushes to Sam's. Billy looks to Carlisle and Edward reads his mind.

"Are you sure Billy?"
"Edward our tribe have had the best sears the supernatural world have ever seen. The time that they foresaw the guardian wolf they also mentioned another story. It is said that the blood of Taha Aki our first ever shifter was going to be running through the veins of one of our future shifters. Although we all have his DNA in our systems, it is says that this person would have nothing but pure blood running through them. They would be the link that held the pack and they would be truly immortal. The sear said that when an act of true love or sacrifice is done this person would not truly be dead and that three elements of our ancestors would help restore there health. The necklace i just placed on Callie being one, the trinket that will contain the blood of all the pack and the talisman that belonged to Taha Aki himself. The person is someone Taha Aki spirit chose to lead the pack into the next generation."
