Chapter 3

Taehyung woke up 2 hours after his nap. He looked through his phone and it's already late in the evening. He looked around for Jungkook but he's nowhere.

Must be in his room, sleeping.

Taehyung got up and went to Jungkook's bedroom door. He knocked it once. Then, twice. Then, trice. He's annoyed.

'Did he leave me?', Taehyung asked himself. He twist the doorknob and surprisingly it's not locked. He took careful steps into the bedroom.

'How is he sleeping in this dark?', he asked specifically no one. The room was pitched black. His steps was getting slow as he was trying to take in the shape of the room.

'J-jungkook? Kookie?', Taehyung called half whispered. 'Jung-Ahh!' Taehyung shrieked as he fell onto a sleeping figure on a soft mattress. Taehyung was laying flat face onto a broad chest. A soft snore was heard and a steady heartbeat from Jungkook was surprisingly calming. Taehyung's arm was flailing from the table beside the bed in hopes of reaching for some light. Then his fingers found a switch button and he pressed it. The bed light was turned on and Taehyung gasped. His face was only a mere inches from Jungkook's.
