Chapter 2: Making New Friends

{Recap: Im Nayeon had just meet Yoo Jungyeon at Seoul Art Institute High School. And ended up having a crush on her. She had just finished singing a song she wrote and when she had opened her eyes she came face to face with Yoo Jungyeon.}

Yoo Jungyeon,

I smirked a full blown smirk as I listened to Nayeon's soft angelic vocals as she sung her song, Fallen,
And I was able to feel her remorse and hate for her ex, 'she's probably bisexual or something' I thought to myself as I waited for her to come out of the sound booth. I smiled at her when she did timidly walked out. "You did amazing Nayeon" I told her softly with a sweet smile to ease her discomfort.

After a bit she smiled back at me, albeit shyly of course flashing her bunny teeth a tiny bit. I chuckled softly to myself as I stood by the door as her vocal teacher told her that she did great and that she should work on her vocals a bit more to make her vocals to sound strong but haunting at the same time. I nodded to myself and silently promised her that I'd help her. I was quite popular at my old high school for my unique vocals so I'll be able to give her a few pointers.

We walked out of the room on our way to the canteen. I hummed in thought as I try to think of a way to let her know that I want to help her with her singing voice a bit more.

"Jungyeon-nie?" Nayeon called to me softly as I looked down at her a bit "Yes Nayeon-nie?" I asked her with a soft smile. "Do you think that there's something wrong with my singing voice?" She asked me looking very upset. I gently grabbed her hand and pulled her into a hidden enclave to talk to her better and not in the bustling hallway of SAI High School. "Your singing voice is perfectly fine Nayeon-nie but it's still a bit cutesy. You should try to make it slower, huskier and sadder but still oh so very strong okay?" I tried to explain to her gently. "Can you show me how?" She asked me a bit eagerly. I nodded "Sure just let me find a good beat for the song." I said as I went through this app on my cell that have all types of beats. I hit the screen for girl crush concept, then ballet style, and a slow and steady beat of low singing accompany by the work of a low organ piano filled the small room.

" Ohhh...ohh aahh...ohh woahh" I started off slowly and in my most hauntingly beautiful and strong voice. "You know that I love you and I don't want to lose you, come closer to me now baby, I need you to come closer to me," I continued while adding pain into my voice. "We used to be so good together but now you constantly want to be away for 24 hours,(24 hours).We used to be the It couple baby but you decided to be out for 24 hours and 7 days (24/7) ohhhh...24/7...you constantly leave to hurt me for 24 hours (24 hours) ohh...aahh 24/7 I'm going to need at least another hour and a day so I can love you for 25/8 so come on and be my love, so that you can love me for 25/8 (25/8)...woahh wooooo.....haaahhhhh" I sang then hit the high note in a low and sad tone before I hit stop on my cell then I opened my eyes after I looked up at Nayeon with a tiny half smile. "Woah Jungyeon-nie" Nayeon breathed in a soft breathless awe tone. I bit my lip to hide my grin and I duck my head to hide, from the slightly older female, my bright red cheeks.

I continue to stare at Jungyeon in awe from the short little concert that she gave me to show me what my vocal teacher told me. ' Can she get anymore perfect?' I mentally asked myself as I studied her standing figure in front of me. I smiled a tiny bit as I grabbed her slightly bigger hand and we both gasped as electricity tingled it's way up our arms and to our hearts as we locked eyes. I blushed a lot and I laced our fingers together then I tugged her into the flow of rushing students towards the canteen so that she doesn't get lost in the flow of hungry people. I softly giggled to myself as I pictured her blushing expression. "Nayeon-nie...." I heard her whine softly in pure embarrassment with a huff "...Jungyeon-nie" I whined back with a huff out of playfulness. She pouts out her full bottom lip and peeked up at me through her long blonde lashes. I laughed lightly and softly pinches her cheeks "you are so aegyo Jungyeon-nie" I cooed softly as we stand in line waiting for our turn to pick our food. "You'll be sitting with me and my friends until you can find a few friends for yourself if that's alright with you Jungyeon-nie?" I said while slightly looking up at Jungyeon. She shrug "that's fine with me but who are your friends?" She asked me curiously "Sana, Momo, Mina, Tzuyu, Jihyo, Dahyun, Chaeyoung, Jennie, Chorong, Irene, and Naeun" I said naming all of my friends. "Oh cool" she said with a smile "ahh...Jihyo is my neighbor" she told me with a small smile. "I know she told me earlier before she went to her chemistry class." I explained with a small smile.

We finally got to the front of the line and the 4 different lines with the different food on them made our mouth water at the sight of the food. We both grabbed our large trays then slide them down the metal bar thing. I grab a styrofoam cup filled with red grapes, then a small plate of broccoli, another small plate but with an Italian cheesy, egg white panini then a plate of wheat rolls along with a bottle of water. I looked over at Jungyeon's tray to see that she grab a styrofoam cup of raspberries, a small bowl of cream of chicken soup, the same panini as I did, and a plate of the smoked turkey bacon and egg whites seaweed wrap with a bottle of strawberry juice. We hurried up and paid then went to my large table in the middle of the canteen where the others are waiting for us and eating what they bought. "Girls?" I called to get their attention and I received it "This is Yoo Jungyeon, Jungyeon this is, Minatozaki Sana, Hirai Momo, Myoui Mina," I begin to list as I point out the bright blonde hair girl followed by the girl with short dark blue hair and then the deep red hair girl. " this is Zhou Tzuyu" I nodded to the only brunette in the bunch " then you know your neighbor Park Jihyo" I said looking at the girl with dark brown hair girl with dark red highlights, then to Dahyun who's sporting twin buns with her cherry red hair and Chaeyoung with her short and wavy dirty blonde hair. "Those two are Kim Dahyun and Son Chaeyoung." I looked at the girl with the cold hearted expression and rich mocha skin with her light brown and pale blonde ombrè hair "this is Kim Jennie" I looked at Chorong with her pale blonde brown hair "this is Park Chorong" I smiled at them then looked at Naeun with her cherry blossom pink hair "and this is Son Naeun" i looked at Irene with her bleach blonde hair " and this my best friend and ride or die bitch, Bae Irene" I finished with a bright grin and looked at them all with a clap of my hands "let's welcome Jungyeon-nie to SAI High School girls" I said with a smile. "Welcome to SAI Jungyeon!" They all chorus with smiles or grins of their own with head bows. Jungyeon smiled and returned the head bows "thank you beautiful ladies" she said with a charming smile and flirty wink and they all blushed even I myself blushed at her. "Oh and I must warn y'all that she's very extra " Jihyo pips up with a fond smile at Jungyeon with a slight laugh who just shot her a cheeky wink "you know that you love our JungHyo Moments" she said childishly while poking her tongue out at Jihyo who just laughed a bit louder and lightly pushes Jungyeon's arm "oh shut up Jungie" she coos "Jisoo-yah~" she purred huskily at Jihyo who turned as red as Dahyun's hair
