Neptune is a beautiful but lonely mermaid, who wasn't very special to anyone in the ocean. She finds a certail blonde that lives on the land. Neptune falls in love with this mysterious blonde and wants to meet her. She meets a sea witch (No it is NOT Saturn) and is able to live on land. There is just one problem. She has a limited time to get the blonde, who later reveals herself as Haruka Tenoh, to fall in love with her and show it openly, or Neptune is dead. She starts calling herself Michiru and starts to go to school at the Mugen Academy. She gains powers to transform into a being called Sailor Neptune, and some of her other friends has this type of power, including Haruka. Knowing this, Neptune desprately tries to get Haruka to love her until it's too late.
