"We can't risk losing either of our children. We'll get punished if they find out one of us didn't move."
A notice had been sent to both families that their children can't be living can't be living in the same area. It was a stupid reason, "they might fall in love later." Pfft.
All four of them, Seokjin, Namjoon, Yoongi and Jimin, were sitting at the coffee table, discussing what choices should be made. They've been alerted that one family must move away or both families would be in danger. Most importantly their children were at risk.
Taehyung and Jungkook.
Although it was only a 3 year gap between them, their friendship was strong. They hung out at each other's houses so often that it felt like normal. Everything was about to change.
"How about this, since they're really young right now, " Namjoon paused to ensure the kids weren't listening to them. "They won't remember anything. Our son goes with you, and yours stays with us."
Yoongi and Jimin exchanged looks, hestitant to make a decision. They agreed to the deal.
"They aren't allowed to see each other at all once you move, until we get told that it has been decided when they can."

A few days passed by both families were at the airport. One saying goodbye to the other, that was off to Daegu.
"We're moving, did they tell you?" Taehyung said as his voice faded out.
"Yea," a tear rolled down Jungkook's cheek as he nodded. "But promise me, you'll find me again."
They pulled each other into a deep hug.
"Kook, I'll find you. We'll see each other I promise. You're my only best friend." And just like that, hands waved dismissing both families in their own direction.
That was years ago, when they were 7 and 4.
Now, they were older, in high school. The future was yet to come.
Could they finally see each other again? Would the so called "friendship" they had in the past, turn into something more when they run into each other again?
