We were heading back to where my whole childhood started. Ironic don't you think? My parents and I were told not to come back, but who am I to question that.

As I waited for the cab to arrive infront of our home, I grabbed my headphones, placing them in my ears, blocking out the world that was revolving around me.

"Taehyung darling, are you not happy we're back?" My kind mother, Jimin, asked me in a concerning voice.

I just shrugged my shoulders, going back to looking out the car window, to admire the view. The sun shined brightly, rising, through the small, white puffy clouds. It stood out as my eyes stared at it more. All the colors were so colorful going off of each other.

I'll be honest, I wasn't quite happy to be back, a slight wave a happiness grew inside me, while in reality, my face was expressionless. A certain thing kept bothering me, but I couldn't quite remember what. All I know is my heart ached even more as I thought about it. My thoughts were interrupted as Jimin told me that I was starting school today, despite the fact that I was sleep-deprived from the plane.

Our house was finally in the view of us, leaving me flabbergasted, admiring the complete size of it.

"I thought we were staying at our old house that we had," I questioned both of my parents.

Yoongi and Jimin didn't answer right away, since the luggage was being taken out of the taxi's trunk.

"It was useless, we needed an upgrade." My father retorted, struggling to get the last bag out. Mom just rolled her eyes at the sight of it.

I let out a large huff, walking closer to the house gate. I flinched when my ears heard a loud creaking noise from the gate started moving to the left side. My feet kept leading the path in front of me as I looked around, while my parents were ahead of me to unlock the front door.

They entered first, and myself right behind them. Mom told me to start getting ready for my first day at my new school. I leaned my head back, annoyed at the word "school". What a way to drag the first day back mom.

I was about to exit my room after finally finalizing my outfit, a snap-back, with a normal black leather jacket and some black leather jeans, but I had to take one last look. Hopefully not too much for a first day, I though to myself.

Walking out the front door, I hugged my parents goodbye as they wished me good luck on my first day. I jogged out the door, speeding up as I approached the sidewalk

My hands started getting slippery as the school was getting more and more noticeable in my view. I had finally reached the entrance. Eyes widening, I readjusted my hat before walking in.

The amount of students in the hallway, laughing and talking with their friends, while i just stood there amazed.

Was I going to even make friends here? Everyone just seemed too perfect without any flaws. I swallowed the lump that was in my throat. Here goes nothing. I found my way to my first hour, with its door wide open. Walking in a familiar face was spotted immediately.

"Taehyung?" The young kid's face lit up right away.

"Jungkook.." My voice was quiet. It was really him. My childhood best friend.
