The next morning me and Devin decided to keep walking these woods went on forever there was no way we were going to get out of here in a day or two so we were kind of hoping we could just find a road as we kept walking we kept hearing things like someone was following us but we didn't see anyone and we had the feeling somebody was watching us but again we can't see anyone so we just kept going the whole time Devin was telling me that we were never going to come back here we should just called the cops I informed him that Austin was a cop but he didn't care he didn't even know what he was saying. Devin didn't know what he was getting us into. And then it happened. We found a road. The road!

"Quick run with me to a near by town" Devin said and we did. I called my mom and she came to get us. All of this was so much. My mom married a rapist, kidnapper, cop, and a total charmer. I didn't want to say anything to her yet. Not until I was completely right. Devin grabbed my hand and whispered.

"I know your scared. But we need to tell someone. A girl just got killed. You could be next and I can't loose you." I started to cry and hugged him. My mother looked at me in a strange way.

"Is everything ok dear?" I wiped away the tears and said I was fine. She continued driving and I kept talking to Devin. Just then i relized my mon would tell austin about this...i had to make up some sort of excuse in order to keep her quiet.

"Hey mom...do you think mabye we could not talk about you picking us up here?" She looked at me threw her miror.

"Why is that?" She said. She couldn't just say sure? So now i had to lie...and i knew there was only one...i had been saving it for a while but now i needed it...

"Me and devin did it for the first time..." I said and devin spit out his water and began to cough. My mom looked shocked and disgusted.

"Seriously?! Your 16! You better of used protection or i will cut it all of myself!" She said and devin looked terrifyed. Well...great.

"Dont worry mom we did." I said and she kept driving. Me and devin just kept looking at each other feeling awkward as she gave us a long lecture on what to do in the future. As if sex-ed wasnt enough.

The rest of the way home mom kept talking and finally we where home. Austin wasnt here thank god. I grabbed devin and dragged him up stairs. On the way up i heard my mom yell.

"No funny buisness in my house!" She yelled and I rolled my eyes and closed my door. Devin sat there looking annoyed.

"What kind of excuse was that?!" He yelled and i sat down.

"The kind to make sure my mom dosent tell austin where we where." I said crossing my arms.

"So you told her we had sex for the first time?!" He said slightly frustrated.

"It was all i could come up with at the time. And its not a big deal." He looked really mad now.

"Well if we break up and they think i took your virginity and then left you like a play boy what do you think the town will think after they hear about this?!" He said...he said b-break up...why would he say that...

"Break up?" I said with a tear flowing down my cheek. He walked twords me but i pushed him away.

"I didn't mean that i was just really freaked out." He said trying to defend himself.

"I need to do some things..." I said walking out of the room. As i closed the door i felt a wave of sorrow hit me hard. Devin said break up...was he thinking about it...was it me? Was it the whole senerio? Was it my looks? Or was it another girl...like mark...i really need to get over that. I grabbed my purse and went outside. I didnt want to but i knew i had to find out if that girl was okay. And i needed to get devins car back. I walked to the bus stop and checked my phone. 13 missed calls from devin. And 1 from mom. And 15 text messages from devin. I decided to read them.
