Livvie's POV

I woke up and realized eomma and appa were at work. I went to see if Lillian was awake but I couldn't find her.

So she probably went to school without me. I thought we were gonna take the day off together. Guess she forgot. I shrugged it off.

I got dressed and decided to see if the boys were still at their house.

When I walked in I saw rose petals.

"Hello? Anyone home?" I asked.

No answer. I decided to follow the rose petals.

"Kookie? Anyone?"

Still no answer. These rose petals seemed to go on forever. Then they just stopped at a closed door.

"What the?" I asked myself quietly.

I opened the door and saw Kookie standing there with flowers and a box of chocolates.

"What's all this for?" I asked.

"You don't like it?"

"No. I love it. It was just very sudden."

"Well, Lillian told me that you weren't going to school today. So I thought why not we spend a day together. Just you and me."

"Aw. Kookie that's so sweet! I'd love that."

"Ok well how about we cook breakfast first? Jin told me how you love to cook."

"At least you'll let me help you cook. Jin doesn't let me help him."

"Well about that um...."

"Yes?"

"I can't cook."

"Oh come on I'm sure your not that bad."

"No I am. Last time I tried to cook I almost killed everyone by burning down the house. And the food was all rock hard and stuck to the plate."

"When was the last time you tried?"

"Last week."

"Well then. Um we've got some work to do."

"You'll help me?"

"Of course. Why wouldn't I?"

"Jin and Kyungsoo kind of gave up on helping me learn to cook."

"Well I won't."

"Well we should probably get cooking I have the whole day planned so this can't take all day."

"Right. Well we're going to make chocolate chip pancakes."

"Sounds easy."

"It is. Don't worry."

"So what first?"

"You get all the ingredients. Chocolate chips, pancake mix, eggs, butter, milk, and a pan to cook them in."

"Then?"

"Mix all the ingredients together and start with medium pancakes. Just like that. Wait for it to cook a little bit and when the other side looks like this you flip it. There I've done one. Now you try."

He did everything I told him and his pancake actually looked better than mine.

"Like this?"

"Good! Now you eat it."

"Here I've got whip cream"

"Which one do you want?"

"The one I made so I don't food poison you."
