"Just admit it Tyrin! Your not ready to be a father!" I said screaming to the top of my lungs. "Robbin, chill with all that!" Tyrin said grabbing his jacket. "Where are you going? Why you putting on that jacket?" I yelled with tears welling up in my eyes. "I'm going somewhere to think, OK! So just chill out, get off my back!"
He walked out the room and down the hallway. "Tyrin Turner we are not finished talking!" I yelled at him storming out behing him. " Robbin! Leave me alone!" After that, he slammed the door. I hated when he took a walk down that long dark backstreet. By the way, im Robbin Turner. Im 24, and as you see, live with my husband of 2 years, Tyrin. Me and Tyrin met at a mobie theathre when I was 21. i was at Georgia State University and he was at Morehouse College. It was the premiere of Menace II Society and I rememebered it like it happened yesterday.
Flashback
I was in line getting popcorn with my friend Janelle. I was the third person in line and she was the second. It looked pretty packed to see this movie. The line moved up and Janelle was ordering food. i swear this girl ate a lot but she never got big. "Ok, that'll be $18.57" she said turning the display around. "Dang Janelle, the movie just two hours long." I said looking at her. "Girl, if you dont want to lose your seat, you better buy all you can now." she said handing the cashier a twenty-dollar bill. Janelle got her change, food and headed to the theatre. "Save me a seat!" i said walking up to order. "Ok!" she yelled back struggling with her food. I ordered a large bucket of popcorn with a Coke soda and went to the theatre. I saw Janelle in the audience with a couple of empty seats next to her. I sat next to her and the movie started. About 30 mintues into the movie, three boys sat next to Janelle and one sat next to me. I was kind-of nervous but he was cute. He wore a big white shirt, nerd glasses, baggy jeans (and sagging them) and some white and black shell-toe adidas.
Tyrin: Hi, Im Tyrin. And your are?
I looked over at him and he had his hand out for a hand-shake.
Robbin: Robbin. Robbin Stewart.
Tyrin: You enjoying the movie?
Robbin: Yeah, it's pretty crazy. Yunno, with them robbing the store in the beginning and stuff.
Tyrin: yeah.
he laughed.
Tyrin: You from here?
Robbin: (smiles a little and giggles) No. Im originally from Dallas, but I go to school at Georgia State. Are you from here?
Tyrin: yeah. and i go to Morehouse. but umm, your very pretty. You have a pretty smile, a nice laugh, and you can dress really well.
He smiled and just gazed into my eyes.
When I looked back at the movie, I could still fill his eyes on me but I kept looking at the movie. Another boy was coming down the aisle and he looked at me. "Danggg ma, we can get up out this movie! i can go somewhere and make you real happy!" i ignored him and took a sip of my coke. "Oh, so you dont hear me?" he said coming closer to me. Tyrin looked at me and said, " You want me to get him or something?" I looked ovre at Tyrin who had a serious look on his face. "No, no. I deal with stuff like this all the time. He'll go away. Please, No." i said sitting my popcorn down in front of me. "You think im scared of that little punk!" the boy said jerking my arm and pulling me out my seat. "NO! GET OFF OF ME! " I yelled . I looked up and seen Tyrin's fist slam into the boys face. When the boy fell, I stepped away from him and Tyrin took over. He was stomping the mess out this boy ,and the boy had blood coming out of his mouth. Then, everybody stopped looking at the movie and were now looking at the fight. After some people ran out, security guards came in and broke it up. Janelle and I ran out with the people who also ran out and were outside of the theatre. Somehow, I lost Janelle in the crowd of people and everybody disappeared and it was just me outside. Next thing I know, I felt a warm hand on my hand.
Tyrin: You alright?
I smiled and gripped his hand a little tighter.
Robbin: Yeah. And thanks for saving me from that guy. I dont know who he was.
Tyrin: It's alright. You here by yourself?
Robbin: Well, my friend Janelle was here with me. But I lost her in the crowd of people. But, it's ok. I can walk home. It's not that far.
Tyrin: Girl please. With what just happened in there. You shouldnt be walking home.
Robbin: Well, I'll just find a ride.
Tyrin: How about I walk you home?
Robbin: Ummm, sure if you want to.
Tyrin: Sure.
We started walking home and he was pretty funny. I actually liked him. And ever since then, we hadnt stopped talking.

I stopped my earphones out and shoved my phone in my pocket. When I looked up again, i didnt see the car anymore. But i did hear something come behind me.
