Chapter 16

5:00 pm KTS At The CJ E&M Center Studio

Minyoung's POV

I inhale the deepest breath ever and exhaled. It was an hour before the show started. I just did a pre-recording for my debut stage and now I'm back in the waiting room. Taeyong, Ten, Johnny, Mark, Jeno and Haechan were here, all of Red Velvet was here and so was Lee SooMan. They were all here to support me. PD SooMan gave me lots of tips for when performing on stage and how to find the camera.

I wasn't the only new artist on stage today, PRISTIN has their debut stage today as well. There are also a few comeback stages; MONSTA X, CNBLUE, BEAST who had to change their name to Highlight and J-Min who is a fellow coworker at SM. Other performances today who have been promoting are GOT7, by the way all of the members came to meet me and congratulate me on my debut which was yesterday. All the members gave me there numbers which my manager took... since they took away my phone for the time being. GFRIEND, Seven O'Clock, B.A.P, MVP, BTOB, gugudan, Lovelyz, Viction and lastly my nine friends from FNC, SF9 were all performing today.

1 Hour Later

The first group was now on stage ready to perform. I was now left alone with Taeyong and the waiting room watching the monitor. A group named MVP was on stage. It was then gugudan's turn to perform. The PRISTIN's special stage for their debut. It was their song 'Black Widow', it's my favourite song on the album. My bias is also Rena and I had my focus on her throughout their whole stage.

Since my special stage with TY track is after CNBLUE's comeback stage I started to head to the backstage. On my way to the backstage o greeted PRISTIN and congratulated them. I took a few selfies with them and especially with Rena and I and also Kyla since she said she is a big fan of me. It was now time to perform with Taeyong. I went onto the stage and got into position. The song was called 'Ignite.' The lyrics were written by both Taeyong and I, along with Yoo YoungJin. When Taeyong stepped on the stage the crowd went wild. The whole performance was great and I couldn't help but smile brightly at the end of the performance. I bowed and thanked the audience and i exited the stage with Taeyong trailing behind me. "You did great Minnie!!" Tae said hugging me. My manager Ms. Park praised my performance and thanked Taeyong. I was then rushed back to waiting room to change into my next outfit to perform.
