I

Butterfly was lost, she was badly blown.

From tulip down the rotting rose, she was thrown.

Her wings were broken, and her eyes were swollen.

Dragged by storm, into the perilous lawn.

II

Into the wide lawn, she was trapped.

Pierced by grasses, locked by sap.

Her journey ends, she's decaying slowly.

No one cares, until it's gone— her beauty.
