There's a story to the video
It starts with and FBI agent Wanda maximoff coming and investigating the murders in a town cause by the winter soldier she see everything they have on the winter soldier and it hurts her to see because she use to know him from there time in hydra(She does not have her powers yet) and they loved each other. Then they took her to the scene of the crime. Then they went to a hydra base were they got attack they woke up the winter soldier and told him about Wanda maximoff and told him to capture her a bring her to them he was rembering her so he didn't went full solider then when Bucky see Wanda he told her he remembers her the police were coming after him so she told him to go and he did then hydra agents came and when the were about to shoot Wanda Bucky from afar shoot the agent so hydra took him away. Wanda was left injured and hydra found her and took her and experiment on her. When hydra was in the process of wiping Bucky memories Bucky remember everything and started attacking then he saw Wanda practicing her magic ( they erase her memory too) he got distracted which led him get brainwashed. Then age of ultron happened.
