Draco Malfoy and How I became a werewolf

Chapter 3

When I woke up I was covered in blankets on my bed with my parents standing over me. My left arm was in a lot of pain. I tried moving it up so I could see, but it hurt so much I couldn't even lift the blanket off it. My mom stepped forward and when she looked at me I saw the pity on her face.

"Fenrir bit quite a big chunk out of your arm" she said gesturing to it, "We cleaned and bandaged it up the best we could but you're going to have to let it heal on its own." I can't believe this is happening. I can't be a werewolf. "Does that make me a werewolf?" I asked looking at my mom then at my dad, who was staring at the floor instead of looking at me. "Well we d-" my mom started saying, but was cut off by my dad. "Most likely" he looked at me then, "There is a slight chance that it didn't take, but that almost never happens" The way he was looking at me was almost like he was disappointed in me.

"So what happens now?" I asked quietly.

"Besides us, Fenrir is the only one who knows and that's only if he remembers. So we are not going to say anything about this and pretend everything is fine" my dad started pacing in front of my bed before he continued, "You will stay in here until your arm heals. All of your meals will be brought up here and no one is to come in. Your mother and I will say you aren't feeling well and just want to be left alone."

That didn't sound great, but I wasn't going to argue with my dad, what he says goes. "He can't stay in here all the time" my mom started "He has to be able to get out sometimes." "No!" my dad shouted as he turned to face my mom, "He will not leave this room until the next full moon and we know for sure if he is a werewolf or not." After that he left. My mom tried to comfort me for a bit, but after awhile she left too.

So for the next couple of weeks I was trapped in my room alone. The only good thing that came out of it was the fact that I didn't have to see the death eaters all the time anymore. Mostly I just read some books and tried not to be bored to death.

That was until, the full moon came.
