August 28th,It was the first day of freshman year,I was so happy nothing could ruin my day, I mean i got to see all of my friends and I liked all of my teachers in my classes. After lunch, I went to 5th period which was exciting for me at least one more new class. I walk in silently without a word I sit in the very front of the class because I wanted to pass that class and then there he was sitting next to me a boy, he was cute. He had curly brown hair , mocha skin like mine and Hazel brown eyes full of Hope ,full of determination like mine he almost was my gender opposite. So with eager I finally say "hello my name is roseline virginie what's your name?" He answers with a soft voice so quiet and soft spoken that you can barely hear it " I'm crow Anderson." He was so nice and instantly I felt like we had a connection. I felt like I had to protect him from everyone and that it was my duty to help him because he reminded me of my younger self. I was quite, shy, everyone picked on me and no one gave me chance to be there friend ever they all just saw me as a freak, so I shut everyone out. He was the same way so I made it my mission to protect him and keep him safe from making the same mistakes I made because no one was there for me, so as the bell rang I thought about him the rest of the day. How his smile was was so bright that he'd make the sun jealous,how he makes all bad in the world seem not so bad, then I asked myself am I in love ?
