~ Kisaragi Neko POV ~

Today, Tooru caught a cold. When I wake up, I saw Tooru, unconscious on the ground. I run to him and ask him if his ok and he replied, "I'm ok. . . I must have catch a cold... It's not a serious thing. You better go to school. I'm sorry I can't make breakfast", he coughed.

"Let's just get you back to bed" I said. I wrap his arm around my neck to carry him, but he was too heavy and I couldn't even stand up or move an inch. "It's ok Neko. Just go to school, ok? I can take care of myself so you don't need to worry about me" he said. His voice sounds so tired and heavy, like he was running for many rounds on a field then he wants to catch back his breath. He slowly and wobbly stood up and then walk back to his room. I slowly followed him, but he closed his door before I could come in. I haven't checked how his temperature is.

I went to the bathroom to wash my sleepy face and brush my teeth. Then I dry my face with the towel that hangs near the mirror, to its right. After that I hang the towel again. I went back to my room to get dressed. Prepare my bag and books and notes. I comb my hair. Then I took my bag that is laying in my bed. Oh wait. I better clean my bed and arrange it neatly. I put down my bag on the ground then I clean my bed and fold the blanket into a big puffy square. I took the bag again and went out. I prepare a toast of bread for myself. Since it's just only me going to school, I'm guessing that a bread with strawberry and blueberry jam will be enough for me. I won't be bringing a lunch box, I'll just eat at the cafeteria later. I put 2 breads inside of the toast machine. After the ting sound of it, I took out both of it and then put it in a plate that I already prepared. I put strawberry and blueberry jam and join both of them together and I ate them. Sweet.

I went in front of Tooru's room. Should I open it? Knock it? Creep in? Go in? I'm confuse. I have never been in Tooru room. I don't even know what it looks like. From the small gap down by the door. I feel cold air going out. Very cold until it made my legs shivers and went towards my whole body. Why is it so cold? It's bad if it's cold with him already catching a cold. But why do I feel like I'm not allowed to go in or step in and even see inside. I feel like a big rectangular steel is preventing me from moving front. But I need to know about his condition. I can't just leave him there alone without somehow do something for him. At least if I could just know his temperature and put a wet folded towel on his forehead.

I hold the door handle. I hesitated first to open, but I open it slowly and push it slowly. I poke my head inside. His room is cold. Even though the air conditioner is off, it's really cold. The room is very dark. The wall window in the end is covered by the blue velvet curtain with small light shooting in from the small gaps. I scan the room first. His black study table and white chair on the left. Papers and books everywhere covering the table whole. Beside the table is a white computer table. White apple computer and keyboard and then beside it again is a small black table. I think it's a table for his white laptop. I look to the right and saw his one bed and his sleeping. Beside the bed is a small table, place for phone and iPad.

I creep in and slowly walk towards him. His sleeping but doesn't look like his sleeping so well. He looks like his in pain with his eyebrows furrow and his sweating (but not much). I slowly brush his small and little bangs away from his forehead and I place my hand there to feel his hot and steam forehead. Woah. His forehead feels so hot and it feels like it's burning. I slowly back my hand and went out of the room to get the thermometer that is inside the first aid kit in the guest room shelve. I open the aid knit and took the thermometer then I run back to his room. I slowly put the thermometer inside his mouth. I wait for 5 mins and the thermometer made a ring. I take it out of him slowly and I saw the temperature. 38. 9 C.

. . .

If a temperature this high, what should I do? I shouldn't frantic or panic because it won't do any good and it will only confuse my mind. I inhale and exhale slowly to relax myself and prevent myself from panicking. I went to the kitchen and take a small baking bowl. I put water inside from the kitchen faucet. I close the tap when the water is already half covering the bowl. I put down the bowl on the table and went to the freezer to get ices. After I put all the ice on both my hand, I throw it in the water. And again I took an ice until the water is already a little cold.
