He would just sit there like a jackass and watch you in pain, then he would feel bad when you cry from to much pain.

Marco is like a teddy bear, he will cuddle you and make sure you have maximum comfort when you're on your period. If you're having terrible cramps he will rub your stomach.
Reiner:
He is the most likely person to try to get with you on the time of the month. After you say no like a million times he will eventually give up and leave you alone until your period has ended. And then try again next time. Or when he wants to. Which is all the time.
Erwin:
Erwin will treat you like a queen, he will get you anything you want, when you want it. He is the most loyal man to you during your period. And damn does it feel good to be a queen.
