Proposal

Rory's POV

Colin and I are going out for a romantic dinner tonight, he won't tell me where we're going. He says he wants to spoil me because I've been so stressed lately trying to find Chris and getting through all the information that we have.

I'm still no closer to finding him but at least we found the leak. I finish putting the final touches on and walk out of our room.

"Wow baby you look amazing." He says to me grinning and he hooks his arm in mine and we walk to the car to head to our destination.

We soon arrive at our destination and I'm in utter shock. He has brought me to a botanical garden and there's twinkle lights and soft music playing.

"Can I have this dance?" He asks me lovingly as he holds his hand out to me.

"Always." I reply smiling, we wrap our arms around each other and start to slow dance.

"This past year finding you again has been amazing." He starts out.

"Mmm it has." I murmur looking at him.

"I can't picture my life without you, you mean the world to me. The day you came back into my life was the greatest day in my life. Will you do the honour of making me the happiest man alive by becoming my wife. Will you marry me?" He says letting go of me and getting down on one knee. He reaches into his coat pocket and produces a ring box but before he can open it.

" Yes" I yell throwing myself in his arms. He takes the ring out of the box and slips it on my finger.

It's a three carat white gold princess cut diamond engagement ring. He leans in and kisses me passionately, he then leads me back to the car after a romantic stroll. We make it to an Italian restaurant and dinner was amazing.

After dinner as it was still early and we wanted to tell my family and friends our news we made our way to the White House in next to no time. We meet everyone in dad's office.

"What's the big news Mare?" Tris asks as everyone looks expectantly at us.

"Colin proposed." I answer excitedly.

"And she said yes." Colin adds happily pulling me into his arms and holding me tight.

"My baby's getting married." Mom says running to me and engulfing me into a hug.

"Congratulations princess." Dad says pulling me away from Mom and hugging me while giving me a kiss on the head.

"Mare I'm so happy for you both." Tris say grinning while hugging me and giving Colin a man hug.

"Congrats Ror." Austin says hugging us. Mom and Dad said they would tell the girls since they were already in bed.

I told them to tell them that they would be my bridesmaids, I know they are going to be excited. Tris went home to tell Sarah and let her know that I would call her the next day and ask her to be my matron of honour.

Colin and I went home and had a long night of passionate love making, we barely got sleep that night.

The next day while Colin and I were eating breakfast we decided to talk about a wedding.

"Baby when do you want to get married?" Colin asks.

"I would love to get married in three months if that's ok with you." I tell him smiling widely.

"I would love that." Colin replies grinning.

"It'll be a small wedding for the most part."I say.

"Whatever you want you'll get." He tells me sweetly.

We discuss colours, guest list, who will be in the wedding, cake and many other things.

Today Colin was going to tell the guys that we were getting married and to save the date. We decided to get married June 15th. I haven't been this happy in a long time. I couldn't wait and neither could he.

Colin's POV

Rory was working in the office while I called the guys. we did a phone conference.

"Robert, Logan, Finn?" I ask them.

"Yeah were all here mate." Finn says.

"What's going on?" Robert asks curiously.

"I proposed to Rory and we're getting married June 15th." I say grinning widely.

"Congrats" Robert said.

"Finally Mate." Finn says excitedly.

"What?" Logan yells angrily.

"What's wrong mate?" Finn asks perplexed.

"I'm just shocked that's all." Logan says annoyed.

I wonder what's wrong with him, I ignore it for now and talk to them for a little while longer.

After the call I told Rory what the guys said and she was shocked at the reaction that Logan had. She even wondered why Logan reacted like that.
