"Hi, I'm Rouge, and this is my brother, Spencer," She said kindly as she gestured to Spencer, holding back her nerves to prevent her from running away. She didn't truly trust people after her father but she knew that she would have to, no matter how much she didn't want too.
"Hi," Spencer said as he gave a small wave. He stood in front of her slightly. He knew she wanted to run but if this new life was going to pan out, she couldn't. Neither of them could run.
"Nice to meet you, I'm Jason Gideon. Everyone calls me Gideon though," he gave a playful glare to the team as if to say he wasn't fond of the nickname even if it was his last name. His simple action caused the whole team to laugh.
Aaron didn't laugh, he just introduced himself, "Aaron Hotchner," he told them with a straight face showing absolutely no emotions. He wasn't one for formalities, he just wanted to get the work done.
"Oh just call him Hotch, we all do. I'm Jennifer Jarnaeu, but just call me JJ." She smiled at them sweetly like honey. Rouge forced a smile though it wasn't to difficult. JJ seemed like the kind of person to easily attract people and make them happy.
"Penelope Garcia hun," said a woman with a flower dress with a blue pea coat on top, bringing out the blues of the dress. It was paired perfectly with a pair of white sandal heals, and topped off with a flower in her hair. Rouge could already tell would be a good friend with her just from the warmness and touch of craziness.
"David Rossi," an Italian man said with a fatherly smile, something rarely seen by the two. Spencer gave a short nod to the older man as a nice to meet you sort of way.
"Elle Greenway," Another woman said with brown curled hair, a black t-shirt, jeans sneakers, and a leather jacket said, raising her hand as a child would do in school to point herself out.
"Emily Prentiss," she introduced herself same way Elle did with a kind smile, she was about to say something else before being cut off.
"And I'm Morgan, Derek Morgan, princess," he said flirtatiously as he took Rouge's hand and kissed the back of it. This left a slightly ticked off Spencer, a flustered Rouge, and a team just looking at Derek with a face that just said 'really?' as if it was a common occurence.
"So when do we start?" Rogue asked with a kind smile trying to recover from what happened.
Hotch was about to say something before Derek stepped in leaving him annoyed, "you can start today, we need fresh eyes on the case anyways and your skills could help us," he said gesturing to the board. Rouge and Spencer walked up and looked at the board. Rouge looked at the photos while Spencer looked at the text.
Rouge took a minute of looking at the photos before she perked up, "Spencer what did the medical report say about the strangulation?"
The photos were all of women, 19-25 in age, all in ditches, with bruises that indicated strangulation and stab marks to the chest, all the wounds were covered to make them a straight line, another one was of a jeep.
"It was a couple hours old, so still fresh, and it was covered by a foundation to make it a perfect line as were the other wounds," Spencer told her looking at her while the others watched. "Foundation didn't match so I assume it didn't matter to the unsub."
"The Unsub, unknown suspect, probably has OCD, and has a certain way of killing that they probably feel like they can't break from, seeing as the only variables changed were where the ditch was and the victim." Rouge started before looking at her brother.
"Take the victim off the streets in the jeep, strangulation to weaken the victim, drive to the area and finish it off with stab wounds to the chest, predominantly in the stomach, before making the wounds look cleaner with the foundation!" They said in unison before high fiving in joy as the others watched in disbelief at what just happened.
