The Other Sister (Jasper hale x reader)

Chapter 11

"I have a date with Edward Cullen" Bella says. And "I'm going with jasper hale" I added in. Dad looked like he having an aneurysm. "There too old for both of you" he said. "We're both juniors. I thought you liked the Cullens." "Yeah" "And I thought you two weren't interested in any of the boys in town." He said. "I never said anything" I said "they doesn't live "in town." And it's in the early stage" she said.  "Also there outside right now" I said.

"Now? They're out there?" Dad asked. "They want to meet you officially" we both said. "Good." He cocks the rifle in mock-seriousness. "Be nice, okay? He's... important." She said "please" I added giving him puppy dog eyes. Dad opens the door to see both of them. "Chief Swan. I wanted to formally introduce myself. I'm Edward." "And I'm jasper hale." Edward extends his hand. Charlie takes it, but grunts a hello, resisting him. He then shakes jaspers hand. "We won't keep them out late tonight. We're just going to go play baseball with my family." Edward said.

Took us a few more minutes to get out of there and into the car with dad trying to make sure we were going to be safe.

Time skip to the field

Esme and Emmett come to greet us. "Glad you guys are here. We need a umpire and a score keeper" Esme said. Emmett had a big grin on his face "she thinks we cheat." "I'll be score keeper" I said. "I know you cheat. Call 'me as you see 'em. After that everyone gets in there places. " it's time" Alice says as a deep rumble of thunder is heard.

Me and Bella we're both in aw "it's extraordinary" Bella says. As Alice pitches the ball and Rosalie hits the ball it makes a huge sound similar to thunder. "Now I see why you need the thunder" Bella says and I nod my head in agreement. The ball went so fast it was ridiculous surprised I could even see it. Edward goes after it "that has to be a home run" me and Bella say at the same time. Esme laughed a little " Edward's very fast"

As Edward goes after the ball. Rosalie is running from base to base. The next thing I know Edward reappears out of the forest and throws it to home. Which Esme intern catches it just a second before Rosalie can get to home. "Dame" I thought to myself "yer out?" Bella says shyly. Esme nods her head.
Next up was Mr.Cullen. He hits the ball and both Edward and Emmett race for it both hitting each other and hitting the ground hard. Which means Mr. Cullen was safe. Jasper flips the bat around getting ready to hit the ball. Show off I thought laughing

Although as soon as he hit the ball Edward ran off into the forest to catch it but the fun soon came to an end when everyone heard Alice gasps. "STOP! I didn't see them.." Jasper and Edward were suddenly by our side everyone was now gathered at home plate. "I thought you said they left the county " Rosalie said. "They were leaving till they heard us" she said. "Put your hair down" Edward said to Bella. Mine was already down because I don't really like my hair up. "Like that will help. I could smell them from across the field" Rosalie said scoffing. "We shouldn't have brought you guys here" jasper said.

A second later a three vampires appeared. It was obvious cuz of there red eyes I also thought it was weird that they were bear foot. "I believe this belongs to you" one of them said. He then tosses the ball and Mr.Cullen catches the ball. "Thank you" Mr.Cullen says smiling at them. The guy who's been talking who introduced himself as Laurent. He also introduces Victoria who has bright red hair and the blond named James. " I'm carlisle this is my family"
"I'm afraid your hunting has caused some trouble for me and my family" "our apologies we didn't realize the territory had been calmed" Laurent said. I'm so glad jasper had powers over emotions cuz the moment I felt my heart race pick up it calmed down with a wave of calmness. I don't like these guys and James looks like he he knows I don't like it.

I tuned back in when Laurent asked if we could use three more players. "Of course Mr. Cullen says. "A few of our players were just leaving any way." Mr. Cullen says. But just then the wind blows. Oh no I thought. "You brought a snack" I tensed up so much crap crap crap was the only thing that was going through my mind.

"Humans" Laurent said. "They are with us I think it's best if you leave" Carlisle said. "I can see the game is over well go now."

"Get them out of here" Carlisle said this was just great I thought. As we hurried to the car.

(In car)

"James is a tracker. I saw his mind. The hunt is his obsession, and our reaction set him off. We just made this his most exciting game ever."

The first place he'll go is your house. He'll track your scent there. Jasper said. "What! Dads there I say worried" "He'll be in danger because of us!" Bella says frantic. "Then well just have to lead him away some how" Edward says.

~~~~~~time skip to house~~~~~~~~~

"I said, leave us alone!" Bella says while I'm crying. "Wait don't do this. Just think about it please" Edward says "just leave us alone it's over!" I yell as Bella slams the door and I'm whipping away tears. "Girls what happened" dad asked worried and confused. "We just have to get out of here we can't deal with this" I said more tears falling.

We both run upstairs dad following close behind before we run in our rooms slamming the doors shut. I'm hurrying to grab some of my clothes and shove them into my bag. But my emotions are starting to get the better of me I'm crying so much i can bearly see. That's when I feel a wave of calmness wash over me jasper whippes away my tears holding my face in is hands your " it's gonna be okay he'll forgive you trust me. Jasper says as he kisses my forehead. I nod my head and he helps me finish up packing quickly.

"Then I heard dads voice thro the door "did they hurt you girls" " no" I said "what happened" he asked. "We broke up with them" " I thought you all liked them" he said confused. "That's why we have to leave we don't want this" I hear Bella say.

I grabbed my bag and headed out of my room headed down the stairs Bella soon doing the same and dad following. "Your moms not even in Phoenix" dad says.  "We'll call her" I said "she'll come home." Bella said. "You guys can't go now I'll take you in the morning to the airport".  "I want to drive I need time to think." Bella said "We'll pull into a motel after a few hours it will be fine" I said.  "Girls I know I'm not around much but I can change that we can do things together" he said trying to get us to stay. I bit my lip trying to stay calm through this. Like watching base ball on the tv. Or go to the coffee shop? Same people same steak same berry cobbler ever night? That's you dad Bella says. That's not us I said crying. It hurt to hear these words even more to say them we didn't want to hurt him but this was the only way to protect him.  Dad takes a second to respond I could tell he was crushed right now. "Girls I just got you all back I don't want to lose you all." He says

" We have to leave now or we'll be stuck her just like mom was" I said. And with that we leave closing the door behind us and hurrying to Bella's truck.

Time skip to Edward in the car.
Jasper is in the car behind us.

"His face... we said the same thing that mom did when she left" Bella said. "It was the only way he'd let you all go.  "I just hope he can forgive us" I thought. "Your all's father is safe now and the tracker is following us." Edward says  next thing I know the truck shakes a little and you can hear a big boom and me and Bella nearly jumped out of our seats. "It's alright it's just Emmett and jasper is in the car behind us." Edward says. Me and Bella both let out a breath of relief.
