So I had to do a short story for my English class. I wanted to post it here since I turned it in early. I did change the names from my story I summited instead of the names Akira and Ryuu in this one the original had Yuki and Azure, I changed the names because I want it to match up with my character from my stories. Ryuu is the red-haired one and Akira is the white/silver haired one.

My name is Ryuu Qondrantar, this is a story where I fell in love with someone who is half zombie. When the outbreak first happened it was at school a few years back. It put the lives of my friends in danger and I couldn't just sit back and watch my family get eaten. I became the leader when I told the other students to start and block the doors and windows on the first floor. When my older brother Zero arrived he brought us a few weapons since he is an assassin. The school be came our base of operation since he had enough rooms for us to. Since my parents died when I was still a baby and my older brother has been raising me to be strong. All I want is to find someone to help us end this outbreak.
"Ryuu! Behind you!" My friend Cronus yelled and I quickly turned around and saw the zombie that was coming at me and shot it with the gun that I had.
"Thanks, Cronus," I said to him and he nodded as we continued to get a few weapons from the shop we broke into."Remember the plan, only take the weapons that you can hold for a long period of time and a lot of ammo" I said as I broke a glass case that had a few daggers in it and attached them to the holster that I had on.
I looked at the group of people and saw that they had the weapons they need and I nodded and we all started to load the two trucks we had waiting out back with ammo. Once the back of one of the trucks was full of ammo I waited for everyone to get on to the trucks before I hopped on the side of it where the door was and held on to the handle that was above door, ready to shoot any of the undead that would be coming at us as we made our way back to the school, where we made our base for the past few years.
I tapped on the window telling the driver to start moving. On our way back I noticed that it was a little too quiet and I tapped on the window again and the driver stopped and I got down from the side of the truck and looked around the area.
"Ryuu?" Cronus asked as he walked up next to me,
"It's to quiet" I told him "Everyone on high alert!" I called out to them and I heard a few guns get loaded. "Cronus you go to the right," I told him as I heard movement to my left and started to walk over to it and saw a pile of the undead all headless.
I felt something coming at me and quickly turned around ready to shoot, but I stopped when I saw it was a human.
"Who are you," I demanded as I took a step back to get a look at him and he just grinned at me.
"My dear, the question shouldn't be 'Who I am', but really what I am," he said as he stood a few feet and I looked at him closer,
"Your one of the zombies," I said as I noticed that he had bite marks and scratches on his arms. As I brought my gun up ready to shoot him in case I needed.
