Maxine
I pocket the box of anti-depressants as I leave the hospital. Mum is waiting outside to pick me up.
"How did it go sweetie?" She asks as I get into the backseat.
"Same as always"
"You should try engaging in questions you might end up having a question you may end up having a conversation," She says smiling, she's always smiling. Always with that idiotic happiness. If Dad died, she'd probably be talking about how great everyone being together for his funeral was. "So Dad is working late tonight so I thought we could order a pizza"
"Okay"
"So do you have any homework Max?"
"Umm Geography, Maths and I think some English"
"How long will you be doing it for do you think?"
"I dunno"
"Okay well just don't be doing it too late, the doctor is worried about your sleeping"
"I know what the bloody doctor said"
"Max, don't talk to me like that," She says in that stupid concerned voice "You know if you ever need someone to talk to I am your mum I'm always going to be here for you"
"Yeah great mum"
Miles
I love my guitar it's a Rickenbacker 12 string the type George Harrison owned it wasn't made in 1963 like his but it's still pretty similar. I love this. Just sitting on my bed playing iconic songs. It took me two years to save up for this guitar. I have two guitars one is a classic 6 string acoustic guitar but I prefer the Rickenbacker for its iconic status. My room is almost entirely black. I love black theres something about it, the fact you can get lost in it.
It's a pain in the arse though, everyone thinks I'm emo. I'm not emo I can't stand MCR and those sort of bands. Although I love Panic! at the Disco. I love the smiths honestly I don't know what I'd do without the smiths.
"Hey Son" I hear followed by a bash on the door
"Yeah come on in Dad"
"Can I sit down?"
"Of course"
"Your stupid mothers decided that she wants custody again
"I thought she gave up custody last time"
"She's changed her mind the stupid bitch"
"She just thought that I didn't want to live with her and that I'd be more stable with one parent"
"She was an idiot"
"She's not an idiot" I say quietly
"Miles you're being stupid, she's a fucking idiot whose shagging a complete asshole"
"Jacob's actually really nice"
"For crying out loud give me a break Miles"
"She loves him and she doesn't love you for a very obvious reason I say" My heartbeat increases
"Oh yeah and maybe she stopped wanting to look after you because you're a fag that manages to have a heart attack from anything
"SHUT UP, SHUT UP" I stand up losing my temper
"Maybe you are better out of this house" Dad says as he gets up and leaves the room, slamming the door behind him.
Angela
The rain begins to pelt down onto my window.
'Sup sweetheart' My phone beeps revealing a text from my boyfriend Adam
'Nothing Much hbu?'
'Bored af what did u do today?'
'Shopping watched a shit tone of useless videos'
'Fun'
'yeah'
'want to meet up Sunday'
'sure thing xx'
I genuinely think I'm starting to hate my boyfriend. He's constantly nagging me and God! Is the entire male population purely driven by getting off? Then again is the entire female population driven by petty revenge and ridiculous things such as hair and clothes. The entire human race is so dumb and never mounts to anything significant. I've met a few interesting people but none of them are willing to use their intellect for a good purpose.
Occupying a position ins school as mundane as mine you can monitor the entire student body. I find that really quite enjoyable.
Sorry for the short chapter guys, I'll work on getting them a bit lengthier. Thanks for reading xx
