"Hey butters?... butters?... hello, you there butter boy?"

Butters Leopold Stotch, looked into the thin air aimlessly, stuck in a deep thought he's had months ago since a talk he had with Tweek

Kenny McCormick, sat next to one of his closest friends confused as to whatever butters was thinking about. Carefully waving a hand in front of butters blue eyes to try and get butters attention.

It wasn't until butters phone had vibrated in his pocket that he snapped out of his daze. He looked around dazed at his surroundings ;Kenny relaxing a smiling a bit to himself once he saw butters out of his own thoughts.

"welcome back to earth, I thought I would have to get the guys over here for a moment." Kenny put on a small sly smile as he leaned back on the park bench. Butters flashing a small quick nervous smile to him as he checked his phone.Butters sighed and put it back in his pocket, picking up his bag and stretched his joints.

"you wouldn't need to ken, but thank you I suppose, a-anyways I need to get home before it gets to late... I don't want to get grounded... again" Butters smiled nervously as he looked at Kenny, that sly smile dropped just a faint bit but picked itself back up quickly.

"alright, just be safe when you get there, text me if you can if anything happens to you, alright butter boy?"

"will do ken" butters growing worries had backed off completely when he heard him say the words 'be safe' to him it showed someone around this town seemed to care for his safety at least. Butters quickly ran back home, a bit more panicked as the dread slowly built itself back up in his stomach the closer and closer he seemed to be getting home.

Kenny looked at his phone, constantly reloading his text messages hoping butters would text him back soon or eventually... preferably now would've been fine for him.

"what are you doing Kenny?" Karen peered over to his phone sitting next to him on the living room couch, asking quietly as she could manage. Kenny set his phone down smiling as he ruffled up her hair a bit.

"Nothing to worry that amazing head of yours about Karen" Karen giggled and looked to his phone a message from butters quickly popping up on his screen. Kenny glancing over and quickly picked his phone up and looked at the message. Karen keeping quiet as she read the text along with her older brother.

'hey Kenny I made it safe back to my place! thankfully my folks aren't home at the moment so that's good for me!'

Kenny eased his worries as he let his shoulders drop down. he set his phone down smiling and patted Karen's head gently.

Until there was another ping from his phone, the screen turning on showing it was another message from butters with the words

'I want to talk, face to face would tomorrow be fine?'

Kenny quickly opened the message up a bit confused, he waited a couple more minutes to see if butters would send another message. Karen looked at Kenny and sighed softly to herself.

"do you think butters is fine Kenny?" Kenny looked down to his sister thinking a little and bit his lip. "I sure do hope he is..."

Before Kenny could keep going the front door opened up showing Kevin carrying bags of food and a few other small essential things. "are you two going to help me out or should I just leave this in the kitchen table?"

Kenny rolled his eyes as Karen happily got up and quickly went to help him out with the groceries.

"you sure t-this is a good idea tweek? I mean I can't just tell him how I feel.." butters spoke softly on the phone as he laid down on his bed tiredly hiding under a blanket doing some homework lazily.

"I'm s-sure of it butters!...j-just try n-not to panic!" Butters sighed and set his pencil down and looked to the side,Thinking over Tweeks words from months ago to this very moment.

"I'm not gay tweek! I know it!" Butters walked in front of Tweek and Craig slightly panicked of his own thoughts. The three boys being alone in the schools gym while everyone was at lunch or outside

"well yeah not gay, but have you considered that you might be bi or pan?" Craig sighed as he looked at the anxious boy. Tweek sitting upright as he kept messing with his fidget cube looking at butters

"Y-yeah... y-you might be either one of those, I mean you still love girls but it still seems like you love k-Kenny" butters looked down having stopped pacing around as he looked at his hands for a brief moment.

Kenny McCormick, the kid who threw a ninja star in his eye leaving a now large fading scar on his right eye. Kenny McCormick, the kid who would end up foiling his plans to bring chaos to the world. Kenny McCormick, the kid who went to Hawaii with him for his Hapa Noa to help him out. Kenny McCormick, the kid who was patient enough to deal with most of his 'outburst'. the kid who did almost everything to make sure he was okay.

Ever since that month Butters had been a bit distant with the guys not getting involved with any of their adventures as much and more so hanging around Tweek and Craig to learn more about himself and be around more logical and relaxed people.

"H-hello?...y-you there Butters?" butters quickly snapped out of it and chuckled.

"Sorry about that tweek, I was thinking a bit on the homework" tweek chuckled and shook his head.

"I-if you say s-so, I better g-get going m-my mom is c-calling me for dinner, b-bye butters" Tweek hung up leaving butters be as he looked to his homework. Having scribbled random letters and numbers on it. Spending the rest of the night doing homework until he fell asleep.

The school day was spent simply nulling around tiredly for the blue eyed blonde, sticking around Craig's group.

Stan ,Kyle ,Eric and Kenny walked past their group. Kenny and butters locking eyes for a brief moment, both boys smiling at each other and mouthing a quick good morning to each other.

Kenny turning the corner with his group as they headed to their lockers talking. Butters looked down wondering to himself if he should really tell kenny or not about how he felt.

"You okay there butters?" Craig looked over to butters. Tweek,Token and Craig looking at Butters. Butters looking at them and nodded walking off to his locker.

The rest of the day butters stayed quiet,not speaking a single word to anyone. He stayed silent during lunch and the small thirty minutes of a break they had.

At the end of the day butters waited outside the side of the school playing with his sleeves a little, and rubbing his knuckles together.

Kenny looked at him and sighed leaving Stan,Kyle and Eric to go to the bus while he went over to Butters.

"So you wanted to talk butter boy?" Kenny fixed his hood and relaxed as he stood in front of Butters.

Butters nodded and glanced around nervously. Swallowing his pride he sighed and looked Down to kenny.

"I've been wondering about... You.... Y-you've been making me wonder about us"

"Us?..."

"Our relationship.... On.. How I think I love you..."
