Toby's P.O.V.

This morning I woke up and went to the kitchen and had some cereal. I'm really nervous for our date tonight I guess you could say but telling my family is gonna be the hard part. Well anyway guess i should get ready. i brushed my teeth and all that but then came the hard part getting dressed i don't know what i should wear. Finally decided to wear a black long sleeved and jeans.

I went to the front of the bus and sat on the couch and just got on my phone then Becca texted me.

     Becca : hey toby what time should I be ready

Toby : hey and I guess about 7

  Becca: ok sounds good

Becca's P.O.V

I finally got out of bed and decided to get ready it's about three so I have plenty of time to get ready. I straightened my hair and put some pink shorts and a blue shirt on and my sandals. I guess I should tell my mom that I'll be out tonight hopefully my brother isn't there.

So I told my mom that I wouldn't be here tonight and thankfully my brother wasn't there. My mom was excited that I was going on a date but she told me to be careful, yeah I know my mom is protective but you know whatever.

Toby's P.O.V

I finally told my family about my date tonight my parents are excited and my brothers said I'm all grown up sometimes I hate being the youngest. I looked at the time and it was 6:40 so I decided to head over to Becca's since I might get stuck in traffic and I did but I got there just in time. I went up to the front door and knocked.

Becca's P.O.V

It was about seven and then I heard a knock on the door so I put my shoes on real fast and grabbed my phone and purse and ran to the door but my mom had beat me to it. Toby and her were talking about our date tonight. Oh and did I mention he looked really cute tonight great that's gonna make me even more nervous.

Toby's P.O.V

Her mom opened the door and she said hi that and then I told her that I was Toby and she said that she has heard of me a lot lately that made me happy I really was hoping that she liked me back and now I know. We started talking about our date tonight and then suddenly someone ran down stairs it was Becca she looked beautiful.

Becca and Toby's P.O.V

We walked away from the house and headed towards the car and got in.

"ok toby where we going you have been hiding it all day I want know" Becca said

"you'll  see" toby said

"ugh ok can I guess? " Becca said

"No I want it to be a surprise" toby said

He pulled up into a parking spot and he told me to close my eyes and he led me over I don't know where and then all of sudden I felt sand on my feet.

"ok you can open your eyes now" toby said

"Toby it's beautiful" Becca said

And the all of sudden he grabbed my hand a dragged me to the water I'm glad I wore shorts we were in the water for a while but then the tide came in so we walked on the sand talking about the most random things. We found a few sea shells and a lot of rocks. then we went to the peir (I don't know how you spell it sorry) and we walked to the end of it and the sky was perfect it was right at sunset.

Toby all of sudden started acting different and like he was nervous.  He turned to me and said you know I had a great time with you.

"I was wondering if you would want to be my girlfriend?" he said stuttering

I was shocked.

"Of course I will" I said smiling
