Chapter 3.

I was walking at the edge of the street with the sun shining in my face and headphones on.
I saw Kells car stopping about 10 feet in front of me

He opened the window

"Heyy"
He said getting out

"How did you know I got from school?"
I asked going to him

"Chloe's school would end now"
He said

"Would? Where is she?"
I asked

"I dont know.. havent seen her since she got out of the car in the morning"
He said

I sighed taking my phone.

"Hey. Dont stress yourself with her problems. Its her decision. Her life"
He said

"Okay. Thanks"
I said putting my phone in my bag

"Maybe we'll go to your place and watch a movie or something?"
He asked

"Im sorry, I have to do my homeworks and theyre difficult"
I said

"homework?"
Kells asked

"Yeah"
I said

"Good decision"
He said

"Hey, at least I wanna graduate"
I said laughing

"I'll help you"
He said

"Okay"
I said smiling

Kells drove us to my place. We went inside and I made sure Victoria wasnt home

"Vic?"
I asked

"Were good"
I said taking him in

I put my bag on the couch and sat next to it

"Lets get going"
I said taking my math books out.

He sat next to me.

"Wait.. I know this one"
He said coming closer to me

"Its = f (1-20x) first"

I wrote it down

"Then under that its = 3(1-20x)"

He continued calculating the equation until it was all done

" and it equals 1200x2 - 100x + 12"

"I think.. I think I got it. Okay one more"
I said turning the page

"If you got it, maybe we could do a little something else?"
He asked looking at me.

I immidiately went far from Kells and so did he. I pretended to be counting the equations.

"I had such a long day"
Victoria said putting her bag down and hanging her jacket

"Whats.. Whats this?"
She asked

"Oh um.. Kells came here to wait for you."
I said

"Oh. Cool"
She said

"He just helped me a bit with my homework and then you came"
I said

"Oh. Great. Everyone knows you suck at maths so.."
She said

I laughed a bit

"Yeah I do suck.. pretty badly but maybe you guys should go out tonight and have a romantic dinner? Sounds like a plan?"
I asked

"I'd love to but I have this thing at school where I have to be cause i've skipped so much"
She said

"By the way. Where were you? You werent at school today.."
I said

"Ohh.. I was at Kevins house having a party"
She said looking away

Kells sighed and looked at me

"I dont think you slept well."
I said

"Yeah. Maybe I need a nap"
She said starting to go upstairs

"Umm.. yeah"
Kells said getting up

"I'll See you around?"
I asked

"Yeah. Sure"
He said putting his shoes and jacket on

Kells left and I went to the fridge

I opened it and saw nothing. Clearly a good time for going to the grocery store

I took my keys and left the house. I drove to Walmart since it was the closest one at the moment.
