As we got off the plane and went to the hotel I went straight up and picked a room to stay in. I dropped my stuff on the ground then face planted into the bed not wanting to get up. I felt someone come in and sit on the bed, I didn't dare move not wanting to. "Colby? You alright?" It was Corey. Oh thank god it was just him. I sit up and look at him.
"Yeah I'm fine why wouldn't I be?" He rolls his eyes and hugs me. I hug back holding onto him tightly and not wanting to let go.
"It's okay. I knew we shouldn't have put you and Sam next to each other, I'm sorry. " He rubbed my back and sighed.
"I-its fine really. " I bit my lip to keep from crying. He's my best friend and I love him, I really do love Sam but I can't help but want to stay with Brennen.
He pulls away and looks at me. "Aww don't cry Colby please. Brennen doesn't see the way you look at him like I do I should have pushed him to not let you guys sit by each other. He just wanted things to go better with you guys. That's all. " I could tell Corey felt super guilty.
"It's okay, I swear and it's not your fault nothing happened really we just kept to ourselves. It's okay Corey. " I fake a smile that I know Corey can see right through.
"Okay well I'm going to go round them up, we havea surprise for you. " He smiles and stands up going to find the others. This is going to be a long weekend.
