The breakup

It was 12 o'clock, meaning that Hermione's lunch break from working hard at the Ministry of Magic. She was going to meet up with Ron,they were going to get ice cream.

When Hermione got there she saw her fiancé, Ron, sitting at a table. "Hey Ron." Hermione said happy to see the love of her life...or so she thought he was...

"Hey Hermione." Ron said in a rather disappointed tone. "Is something wrong?" Hermione asked ,worried- "Actually, there is something I've been wanting to tell you" Ron said. "Ya?" Hermione asked even more worried than before "What's wrong?". Ron started with his sentence, already his palms were sweaty and his back was about to start sweating too. "Well, yesterday when you had that sleepover with Ginny..." Ron started. Hermione tried to look him in the eye, but he kept looking down.

"You weren't gonna come home,and I got bored." "Ok"Hermione said on the bridge of tearing up. She knew where this was going ... Ron did this a couple years ago. "I went to where the muggles call a bar" Ron continued. Now Hermione's palms were starting to sweat. "There I saw Aria." "Aria,Draco's girlfriend?" Hermione asked. "Yes." Ron answered. He started turning a little red and he was close to the worse part.

"I took a couple of tequila shots" Ron continued. "Here we go again." Hermione said under her breath,but low enough that Ron wouldn't hear her. "After I got drunk...." Ron continued,then stopped.

"Ron?" Hermione asked grabbing his attention.

"Ok,I'll just say it... Hermione,I can't do this,your boring,your not fun anymore, you spend all your time working and doing other stuff,you don't even pay attention to me anymore... so, I made out with Aria and now we are dating."Ron said in a BRIGHT shade of red. Hermione couldn't speak. She was in complete shock.

She stood up, threw her engagement ring at Ron and left crying.

She couldn't focus for the ready of the day at work. Then,finally, it was 3:00. She could finally go home.
