Chapter 4

Sonics POV

I woke up and seen Shadow sitting on the couch with Amy,Silver,Blaze,Rouge,Tails, and Cream and Knuckles. It took them a while to realize I was awake. "Hey Sonic!" The Fox yelled. I seen Shadow look at me but gazed back at the TV. "Hey....Tails?" I said and he nodded. Rouge was starring at me for a while. "What?" i asked. "Are you ok?" She asked scratching her head. "Im fine" I said. "We just wanted to see if you were ok....or pregnant" Silver said whispering the last part. We all looked at him. "SILVER IM NOT HAVING KIDS" I yelled. "Ok if you say so" he said looking back at the TV. I rolled my eyes and got on my phone. It vibrated which means i got a message.

'They can't protect you forever, blue🔪'

I put my phone down and went to the kitchen to eat. I heard Shadow on the Phone then i heard footsteps coming to the kitchen. "Hey Blue" He said. "Hey Shadow" I said turning around. "So about today I........" Shadow started and I turned back around to get food out the fridge. "I don't want to talk about it" I snapped. He looked shocked that I yelled at him. "Sorry" He said. "No, im sorry I shouldnt have yelled" I apologized. "I am going upstairs to get my jacket I need some air" I Said. "Can I come" I nodded and Walked away

30 minutes later

Shadows POV

We laughed for a while. She made the funniest jokes. She also told me about Mephiles. "So Sonic, what about school" I asked. "Well my school has an online website so I work online" She explained. "So you walked to school alone" I asked again. I want to know alot about her. "No my mom drove me to school but sometimes i would walk with Infinite" She explained again. "Nice" I Said. "So do you have a girlfriend" She asked and I blushed she did a little bit to. She looked down blushing while asking. "No not really" I Said. "Really i thought you and Rouge look nice" She said. "Umm we are just friends" I said again. It got quiet. When Sonic finally looked up she seen someone. I haven't seen someone look so scared. Ever. "Whats wrong" I asked. "N-Nothing i saw a bug uhh lets go to the bea- i mean cafe" She said. "We should go to the beach" I said smiling. "What?! No!!" She yelled. "Why are you scared?!" I yelled back. "No!! I just rather not go"She said. "Oh cause it is kind of dumb to be scared of water" I said. She looked down. I guess i offended her. I forgot Mephiles said she has hyprothermia (fear of water). "Im sorry Sonic" I said hugging her. "It's ok, I over reacted" She continued. "No you didnt" I smiled and so did she. After 1 hour of walking we sat on the grass next to the lake. I layed down and Sonic layed on my chest. "Are you tired" I asked. "N-No" She yawned. She is horrible at lying. "Sonic, dont lie, go to sleep i can take you to our house and you can sleep in Mephiles bed" I explained. I soon heard soft snores and Sonics body let go. Her arm went around me and i looked at her. She is so pretty. So are her boo..... After 10 minutes of walking we arrived.

Mephiles POV

I heard the door open and I heard footsteps. I got up and left my room to see Shadow holding Sonic. He looked so tired he could fall over. Idiot. "Shadow?" I called. He looked over. "Hm?" He said tiredly. "I got Sonic you go to bed. You look like you about to fall over" I said and grabbed Sonic. He nodded and went upstairs. Sonic woke up and looked at me. "Daddy where are we" She asked. She sounds like a baby when she is tired. "My house lets go upstairs and go to sleep" She nodded. "Where is Shadow" She asked. "Sonic go to sleep. Shadow is 18 yrs old he can take care of himself" i said and put her in bed. She was out like a light. I got in bed also. We both fell asleep.

Normal pov

He watches in the window as the two sleeps. "You will be mine again, Sonikku, and nobody will stop me" he laughs evily and flies away
