A new Friend

Sumairu's Perspective

I looked at her with a big smile, hoping to have her as my first friend. "Hey you! My name is Sumairu, I'm new here! And you? Who are you?? Are you new here too?", I asked excited. The girl answered with a light smile. Her name is Katsumi Tatsu, 16 years old, and seems to be a calm and smart person. I am sure that she will be my new best friend. Then i asked her what quirk she has and she tried to explain her powers. I could only understand the words "Glitching through objects", "Ice", and "Fire", but i think that i would understand more whent i see her powers in battle. So i just smiled and nodded. After a while she told me something about her parents. As she finished and asked me about my parents, I just smiled. "Well I don't have biological parents.. But there's a woman taking care of me, so I could say that she's my mother." She apologized for the question and I just laughed and said that she didn't has to be sorry. "Just concentrate on the good things!" She smiled at those words.

We spend a lot of time talking and asking questions about each other. But then the Lesson starts and i have to go to my seat. I decided to sit beside Katsumi. Excited and happy, I was waiting until the next break. Before Katsumi could react, i immediatly asked her to sit beside me in the Cafeteria. She nods smiling, sitting beside me. I went through the hallway with her and dont stop talking. After a time, we sat on a desk and ate, i asked her if I have been annoying her with my questions and if i talked to much. But Katsumi only smiles and said: "I like to listen to you. You're very lively." I looked at her and got a big smile. I already knew that she's my best friend and wanted to do a lot of things with her.

So i asked her if she has to do something today. As she says no, so i ask her if she wants to go to the city with me today. She shook her head and explained, that she hasn't got time today, but she would have time tomorrow and could go to the city with me. I smiled big, nodding strongly and finish eating my lunch. The rest of the day we spend talking and meeting other new friends. The day was the best day of my life. I walked happily home, opening my door, throwing my backpack on the floor and laying down on my couch. Maybe it was because of the high amount of sugar but I couldn't lay or sit still on the couch. But I'm very sure about one thing: That Katsumi and me will spend a lot time together.
