Paige's pov:

I was fuming with anger. He can't speak to me like that! We walked through the woods and then we came to a halt.

I look at him with a very puzzled look. He turned around and sighed.

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to scream at you." I rolled my eyes. "Well at least I get an apology." I mumbled. He once again stared at me. "Can we start over, please?". I huffed in frustration and I gave in. "Fine" I said, his eyes lit up with excitement. He walked away and I was really confused and was done with his childish behavior. But all of a sudden, he jumped out the side of the tree with a grin and walked over to my side.

"Oh, what is a lovely young lady doing over here in these dangerous woods?" He said in a deep husky voice, I chuckled and played along with his little game.

"Sir, I'm lost and I don't know where to go!" I lifted the back side of my hand and moved it towards my forehead to add some dramatic affect. I fake fainted and he kneeled down and said "I'll help you find your way, let me help you up." He smirked and lifted me up, but he failed and we fell down, I accidentally fall on top of him and our faces almost centimeters apart.

He stared at my eyes when I looked back into his glimmering green eyes. We stayed that way for a few seconds until his hand traveled up my cheek, his eyes trailed down to my lips. I bit my soft lips until my head slowly dipped down until our noses brushed each other's ever so slightly.

I then heard a bush shake only 5 feet away from us, I jumped and I think his name was Gary, sat up and I was sitting In his lap, my face was buried into his chest, he held me close. It was quite comforting even though I only met this person almost an hour ago. The bush was shaking and shaking until a creature came out.

Let me tell you, this thing didn't look like anything I've seen in fairy tales or horror movies.

This thing looked horrendous.

It's features were impossible to detect, you would have to squint in order to see its non-existent face. I almost laughed until this thing transformed into a disgusting beast. It had a complete transparent with all it's bones and organs visible. I was trembling in fear when the creature towered over us. I turned my head to face Gary and he had an evil smile plastered on his face, he grabbed a thick stick and threw it into the nearby pond, and the creature went after the stick.

Little did he know was that once he made contact with the water, his whole body disintegrated into thin air.

That was the moment when I turned to face Gary again and kissed him on the cheek, he looked at me with wide eyes and asked "what was that for?" he smirked. "For saving me, we'll saving us." A blush creeped on my face because I just realized what I did, I kissed a freaking stranger! I know you liked it, my subconscious snickers at me. No I didn't!..... Well a little but that doesn't mean anything!

Gary snapped his fingers and I was out of my trace. "So as I was saying, isn't your name Paige?", I nod. "And isn't yours.. Gary?". He starts to laugh and says "it's Harry but at least you were close", I felt so embarrassed because I said his name wrong but it seems to fit his personality.

Maybe we can be friends.
