On May 15th it was found out that popular Korean Group EXO member formally requested the Seoul Central District Court to terminate his "exclusive contract" with SM Ent.. The report was filled over a month ago but it was only announced today. (May 15,14)
the details of contract termination have NOT BEEN CONFIRMED YET, but according to sources, the reason is most likely similar to HAN GENG'S case.

SM Entertainment has finally responded to say,
"We are trying to confirm the facts regarding the lawsuit requesting for the termination of Kris' contract. It is a very shocking issue, but we will do our best so that EXO's activities will go on smoothly."

EXO's Kris spotted at a hospital in Beijing
Chinese media site Sina (they own SN site weibo) reported that a fan spotted Kris at Fu Wei Hospital in Beijing, "the largest hospital specialised in treatment, prevention and research in cardiovascular diseases" having a check-up. As reported earlier, Kris is rumoured to be suffering from Myocarditis (an inflammatory virus that infects the heart muscle).
We haven't heard anything from Kris since the statement he made publically on weibo page that he's "alright" after seeking to terminate his contract,
"I'm alright, I wish you all the best, and that things will be even better for you guys. Thanks to all of those who support me, thanks for all your voices of support. Wu Yi Fan will always be here!” The last time we heard from Kris publically was the statement he made on his personal weibo account.
