I was paralyzed in fear for a second before I started swimming towards a rock. I quickly got up onto the rock and got as far away as I could.

Finn dropped Daisy and came over to check if I was okay.

"Elise, you looks as if you saw a ghost. Is everything okay?"

"There was a thing in the water."

Finn went under water to see if he could see anything. He then surfaced a few seconds later.

"Elise, I see nothing."

"I swear to god that there was something in the water."

I then heard Otto scream and red show up around him.

Finn swam out to grab Otto an pulled him onto the shoreline.

I saw the thing swimming towards Daisy so I did the only thing I could think of and closed my eyes and drew a cube and thrust my hands forward which turned it to ice. The ice went flying forward and knocked the fish away.

I took Daisy's hand and pulled her to the rock I was on before the fish could get to her once again.

"Thank you so much Elise."

"Thank me later. Now we need to get over to Finn and Otto without this thing getting to us first."

I then took Daisy's hand and jumped from rock to rock until we got close enough to shore where we could wade in the water.

We ran over to Finn who was trying desperately to stop Otto from bleeding.

Otto was complaining how it hurt terribly and how he just wanted to die.

I knelt down next to Otto and took his hand in mine. "Otto, everything will be okay."

Finn beckoned Daisy over. "Daisy, go back up to our stuff, and grab a white piece of cloth I have in my bag. Then I believe Elise has a hairband in her bag."

Daisy looked at me, "Elise, your bag has a bunch of pockets. Which pocket would it be in?"

"I believe the smallest pocket in the front."

Daisy nodded and started too run back up to our stuff. Otto tugged on my hand. "Elise, if I don't make it, I am sorry for teasing you."

"Don't be a wimp. You won't be dying today or tomorrow or when you are thirty. you will be a god and live forever."

Finn motioned over to the wound which was just getting worse. "I hate to say this but I think today might be Otto's last day. The bleeding keeps getting worse and no matter how hard I try to stop it, nothing is working."

"Have you tried applying pressure and closing it?"

"You don't think I have not tried that? The bleeding just will not subside."

I ran my hand through my hair and tried to think of something to do. "The thing cut through the bone so I mean, there is very little to do when we don't have a freaking hospital nearby."

Finn just sat there with me and watched Otto lay there in pain. Something then came to me. "Finn, is there any ice nearby?"

"The only thing anywhere near us is water."

"Then there is going to be a hell of a lot of pain."

Otto looked at me in fear. "What are you going to do to me?"

"If we do not amputate your leg, you will die. I am going to break off your bone and then use water or ice to stop the bleeding. Finn, can you get me a rock that is about the size of my fist?"

Finn grabbed a nearby rock which was a little bit bigger than my fist. I grabbed it and mumbled under my breath. "Pray to god this works." I then said a bit louder. "Finn, talk to Otto and make sure he does not look."

Finn started asking Otto about what he was going to do when he got back to the real world.

I raised the rock above my head and brought it down on the bone as hard and with as much force as I could.

Luckily the bone came out as a clean cut and did not become even more damaged. Otto screamed but I then stuck my hand in the water and used my other hand to outline Otto's wound. I then thrust my hands and turned it to ice. I did it twice more and made sure it was not going to give him hypothermia.

Daisy came back a few seconds later with the stuff. "Sorry. I got lost half way to where our stuff was. Do you still need this?"

I grabbed the cloth and hairband and secured it to the now frozen stub on the end of Otto's leg.

Finn lifted him up onto his back and followed Daisy and I back up to camp.

By the time we got back up to the camp, it was almost dark out.

I rubbed my hands together and created enough heat to draw a fire and lit the fire.

We all sat around the fire a for a bit.

"Elise, why did you not tell me that your abilities came back."

"You were a sort of a bitch at that moment in time and every time, I kept forgetting to tell you."

"When was I ever a so-called bitch?"

"When you ate that plant and said that I should not be trusted."

"Forgot about that. Wait, does that mean we all have our abilities back?"

"From what we all figured out, your abilities start out like how they did when you were first diagnosed with them. Right now, my abilities are not back up to nuking a city strong, but since I have needed to recover for awhile, I have been working on them and now I am up to about neighborhood nuke level."

"When did you first find this out?"

"When I was little, I absorbed heat from a stove and I was not burnt. I then touched a piece of paper and it burned."

"So basically, we are reset?"

"Yeah."

Daisy looked at Finn. "How long have you known about this?"

"Since she first told me."

"When was that?"

"When she was recovering from the first incident."

"Have you ended up working on yours too?"

"Yeah, instead of seeing back to the revolutionary war, I can only see back to world war two."

Daisy then looked at Otto. "Did you ever work on your abilities?"

"No because I never had the time to practice due to me gaining a pirate leg, that thing chasing us, and that thing injuring Elise here."

I ran my hand through my hair. "Well SORRY for Otto stepping on a stick and me saving your ass multiple times!"

Just then, we all heard a roar come from nearby.
