Chapter 20

~Elisabeth's Pov~
As I'm waiting for Daymon to get back I realized that Cat was a part of this whole thing so I went to go look for her to thank her when I see...I can't believe what I see, Daymon and Cat are kissing!!!How could they be kissing? I am so mad and Daymon isn't even trying to stop her or push her away, I stood still for a minute longer with tears in my eyes and tears all over my cheeks hoping that he would push her away but instead it was just a full make out session. I was so upset that I ran back to the mall to get my car since me and Cat both came here in her car. I just couldn't believe that he was kissing her on our "date" I was so mad and sad that I didn't know what to do or where to go
~Hunter's Pov~
Me and Faith are hanging out at her house, it's just the two of us because her mom had a date to go on and her mom trusses that me and Faith aren't going to do anything inappropriate. We are outside laying on the couch in the screened in porch watching the sun go down I stare at her not in a awkward way but a "I'm so in love with you way" because she is everything that I have ever hoped for, every time she gets so happy her smile lights up the room and every time she tries to act mad at me I can see a little sparkle in her eyes right before she bust out laughing I know that she doesn't think that she's pretty but let me just say DAMN she is the most gorgeous,out going,funny and amazing girl that I have ever met. I quickly get snapped out of my thoughts when I hear Faith say "what do you want to eat for dinner ?" I had the brilliant idea of breakfast for dinner so I run inside with Faith running behind me saying "You can't just leave me like that you big ol doofus!"
~Faith's Pov~
Me and Hunter are sitting outside watching the sunset and then it got quiet not in a awkward way bc his company wasn't awkward but like a quiet quiet I feel my stomach rumble and so I ask Hunter what he wanted to do for dinner and the next thing that I know Hunter jumps up and leaves me alone outside, I run in after him because I don't like being alone outside when it's dark "What in the world Hunter you left me! I could have died out there and you wouldn't have even noticed because you ran off and just left me in the dark." I say playfully "Baby I got an idea!" Hunter says as he starts pulling out pots and pans looking for a certain one "What is you idea Hunter?" I ask laughing "BREAKFAST FOR DINNER!" Hunter yells so excited "Just think I make us breakfast for dinner and we lay in bed and eat our dinner and then we go to sleep after and then when we wake up again I can make you a different breakfast!!" Hunter says "Wait what do you mean? Like as you stay the night?" I ask very scared and confused "Yes! Exactly! You mom loves me and she is on a date which most likely means that she isn't coming home tonight so what do you say?" Hunter says "Let me call her and make sure it's okay with her because I don't want to make her mad" I say laughing and giving him a kiss

Faith-F
Kaleigh(faiths moms name)-K
F-Hey mom since it's late and Hunter doesn't have a way to get home can he spend the night tonight?
K-Honey I'm on a date can't this wait?
F-No mom Hunter needs to know so he can tell his mom
K-Honey you know that I love Hunter and that I don't care! He's like a son to me! Just make sure that y'all don't do anything innovative because I do not want to look after another kid!
F-Yes ma'am! I promise we won't! I love you!
K-I love you too sweetie!
•End of Phone call•
"Babe my mom said that you can stay the night." I yelled to him in the hallway as I go to change into a crop top shirt and some comfortable nine sweatpants, I would have put on shorts but I don't want Hunter knowing that I have been really depressed lately and that I have been cutting my thighs. I try my best not to tell anyone about my problems because they aren't important enough for people to listen so during the day I just keep a smile on my face and go along with everything so people won't ask questions. I walk into the bathroom and pull my hair up into a ponytail and wipe off the little makeup that I have then walk back to the kitchen to help Hunter make dinner. I walk in and I see bacon on a plate eggs on the stove just getting finished being made and waffles in the process of being made "Hunter I was going to help you when I got done." I say as I give him a hug from behind "I know you were baby girl but I know how you get hungry fast and how you complain about making food and things like that but you look really beautiful right now!!" Hunter says as he turns around looking at my "HUNTER!!!" I yell at him "YOUR GOING TO BURN THE WAFFLES IF YOU DON'T KEEP YOUR EYES ON THE FOOD!!" I say laughing and yelling at the same time.
~Hunter's Pov~
I got done making our dinner and so I ask "Where are we eating at?" "We can eat in the living room and then we can go in my room and watch movies then go to bed." Faith said as she fixed her plate of food. I follow her into the living room "Before you sit down grab the remote for me pretty please!!" She said with puppy dog eyes and her lip poking out "Ok ok I guess I will since you asked nicely." I say laughing. After our dinner we put the leftovers in the fridge and Faith washes the dishes while I dry them and put them up, when we get done we go back to her room "babe I'm going to go and take a shower before I lay down." I say as I grab a towel and look for some of my clothes that she steals from me. As I was looking for her clothes I come across some of her blades that she has hidden I act like I don't seem them and finally find the shirt that I'm looking for then go into the bathroom, I turn on the warm water and just kinda stand there shook for a while, why wouldn't she tell me about this? Is she still doing it? Is it because of me? I didn't want to bring it up because we have had a good day today and I know that she is tired and doesn't want to talk about it but I still had all of these questions running in my head but I snap out of my little thoughts and finish my shower. I walk into Faiths room and turn on her salt lap and turn off her regular lamp "Baby what are we going to watch?" I ask in a calm voice "I was thinking that we could watch something like That 70's show or The Vampire Diaries or The Fosters something like that!" She says scrolling down Netflix "Let's watch That 70's Show!" I say. We're in the middle of the episode when I realized that she was getting sleepy so I take my hand and start tracing things on her back because I know that makes her go to sleep and I start to play with her and and before she doses off into sleep I wisher very softly in her ear "I love you so much baby girl and there is nothing in this would that would ever make me change how I feel about you! Sweet dreams princess!"

I know that y'all probably hate AN'S but I just wanted to apologize for not uploading lately! I have been dealing with a few thing and just haven't gotten the time to update but I promise that I am going to update a lot more! Oh and tell me in the comments how you like the book!
