Chapter 3.

Tbh, I have no clue what CH.2 title was about xD BUUUUT Yeah. Here's yalls update :) I'm not sure how long the chapter will be because I just updated my other books. And my fingers kinda huuuurt. SOOO YEAAAA..

Taylor's POV

I let shawn off of my back. It was cute how girly he acted sometimes. I was kind of jealous that he was talking to those girls. What's wrong with me. I've never felt attracted to Shawn like this.. Maybe it's a bestfriend thing. I don't know.

I shrugged off the feelings and thoughts when I realized that Shawn was already running towards the water. The same girls saw him and began walking to the water. Really? Do you want the D or something. Like theirs a beach right their if you're thirsty. But you're not aloud to have Shawn. WHAT IS HAPPENING RIGHT NOW.

I ran after Shawn when I saw him just standing in the shallow water with the girls standing by him. I walked up behind him and grabbed his waist making him jump.

"TAYLOR. YOU SCARED THE SHIT OUT OF ME." He said as I was currently laughing my ass off.

"Hehe. But you love me." I said pouting my lip.

"Shut up. Don't use that as an excuse." He said only making me chuckle again.

"C'mon lets get in the water." I said moving him forward. But he just stopped.

"What's wrong?" I asked him worriedly.

"Just alittle scared, that's all." Shawn said as the girls were running into the water. I offered up my hand and he intertwined our fingers and gave me a comforting smile.

AHHH Shawn's smile was breath taking. His perfectly alligned teeth. It perfect little square form. And the way his cheeks brightened everytime he did smile. I didn't realize I was starring at him till he began pulling me to the water.

The water was SO cold. I decided to dive into one of the huge waves coming towards me. I brought Shawn with me and he didn't expect it at all but he dove down to. I came up only to feel that Shawn wasn't in my grasp anymore. I looked around worriedly for Shawn but I couldn't find him.

I cupped my hands around my lips and screamed his name "SHAWN!" I screamed looking around for him. I was getting really worried. I went to scream his name again until something grabbed my ankle and pulled me under without warning. I began kicking and I finally surfaced to find Shawn laughing his ass off.

"You little SHIT! I thought something happened to you!" I said taking a deep breath glad he was okay.

"I'm sorry." He said looking down.

The waves were calm so I could easily swim towards him.

He looked sad so I engulfed him into a hug.

"I'm sorry. I didn't mean to yell at you. It's just I thought something bad had happened to you." I said hugging him tightly.

"I know. I'm sorry." He said while letting his head hang on my shoulder.

"Wanna go get ice cream little Shawny?" I cooed into his ear. His head shot up and his lips parted showing that beautiful smile of his.

"Yassss Tay!" He shouted. Which I thought was absolutely ADORABLE.

"We swam towards the beach and grabbed our stuff. I had to carry Shawn on my back again. This time he clinged on for dear life like the sand was lava about to kill him or something. We got to the woodenboard walk and I set him down. He grabbed his stuff and we walked to the car.

We put our stuff in the back seat and got in. Shawn put the seat back and relax'd his body.

"So where do you wanna go get ice cream?" I asked nudging his shoulder. He just whinned and rolled over.

I thought it was so cute to mess with him. I drove to the nearest one and parked.

"Shawn. What do you want?" I asked getting out of the car.

All I heard from him was "mumble....chocolate...mumble...mumble...sprinkles..mumble." I walked into the ice cream shop and ordered a chocolate ice cream cone with sprinkles for Shawn and a vanilla ice cream cone with sprinkles for me.

Yes. You're NEVER to old for sprinkles.

I paid the women and got our ice cream. I walked outside licking a little of my ice cream when I saw Shawn sitting on the back of my car. I walked up to him and sat on the back handing him his ice cream cone.

His face lit up like a little kid that well just got ice cream.

"Thank you TayTay." He cooed and rested his head on my shoulder. He was the ONLY one that I let call me TayTay.

"You're welcome." I said licking my ice cream.

"No really. Thank you Taylor. For being my bestfriend. For being their for me when ever I needed you. It's been 10 long, fun years. And I'm glad that I got to spend them with you." He said now looking up at me smiling.

"You're welcome Shawny. I loved that little speech, but please don't say it like you're saying goodbye." I said looking down at him.

"Never." He said kissing my shoulder. I giggled and looked down at him as he was licking his ice cream. It was then silent after that. Not an awkward silence. But a comforting silence. I liked it.
